Ջոննի Հոլիդեյի դուստրը մտադիր Է վիճարկել հոր կտակը

Ֆրանսիացի ռոք կատարող Ջոննի Հոլիդեյի դուստրը՝ դերասանուհի Լորա Սմետը, մտադիր Է վիճարկել հոր ժառանգությունը, որը ողջ ունեցվածքը եւ կոմպոզիցիաների հեղինակային իրավունքները կտակել Է իր կնոջը՝ 42-ամյա Լետիցիա Հոլիդեյին:
Այդ մասին հայտնել Է France-Presse գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով Սմետի փաստաբանների հայտարարությանը: «Լորա Սմետը զարմանքով ու ցավով Է իմացել իր հոր կամքի մասին, որի համաձայն՝ նրա ողջ ժառանգությունը եւ ստեղծագործությունների հեղինակային իրավունքները փոխանցվել են նրա կնոջը՝ Լետիցիային»,- նշվում Է հայտարարության մեջ:
Դրանում ընդգծվում Է, որ այդ դրույթներն ընդունվել են Կալիֆորնիայի օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան, որտեղ Հոլիդեյը որոշ ժամանակ ապրում Էր Լետիցիայի եւ իրենց դուստրերի՝ Ջոյի ու Ջեյդի հետ, որոնց զույգը որդեգրել Էր 2004 եւ 2008 թվականներին:
Հայտարարության մեջ նաեւ նշվում Է, որ, արտիստի կտակի համաձայն, իր կնոջ մահվան դեպքում ամբողջ ունեցվածքն ու հեղինակային իրավունքները պետք Է անցնեն իրենց դուստրերին: Սմետի փաստաբանների խոսքով՝ դա «բացահայտորեն խախտում Է ֆրանսիական օրենսդրության պահանջները»: Սմետը դիմել Է իր փաստաբաններին, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան դատարանում պաշտպանել իր շահերը եւ իր անունից իրականացնել իրավական այլ գործողություններ: Նրա հետ միասին որպես հայցորդ հանդես կգա նրա խորթ եղբայրը՝ Դեւիդ Հոլիդեյը: 34-ամյա Լորա Սմեթը Հոլիդեյի դուստրն Է ֆրանսիացի դերասանուհի Նատալի Բայիի հետ նրա ամուսնությունից, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
