«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. « Այս տարի լրանում է Արցախյան շարժման 30-ամյակը: «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում շարժման մասնակից, գեներալ, պատգամավոր Սեյրան Սարոյանը մանրամասներ է պատմել, թե ինչպես է կամավոր մեկնել կռվի դաշտ, ինչպես է կարողացել որսորդական հրացանը թաքցնել կոշիկի մեջ և խուսափել զինվորականների շրջափակումից:

Գեներալից հետաքրքրվել էինք, թե այժմ կա՞ն ծախված հայեր բարձրաստիճան զինվորական պաշտոնյաների շրջանում, ովքեր սրտացավություն չեն ցուցաբերում հայրենիքի, բանակի նկատմամբ, և հիշեցրել մամուլի հրապարակումները, ըստ որոնց՝ գենշտաբի պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանը ռուսական ընկերություններից ապրանքներ է գնում ու իր ընկերությունների միջոցով թանկ գնով վաճառում է բանակին:
