Թուրքիայում մահացել է հայտնի հայ բժիշկ Հակոբ Կոթողյանը

Թուրքիայում 79 տարեկան հասակում մահացել է հայտնի հայ բժիշկ, մաշկաբան Հակոբ Կոթողյանը: Այս մասին, ինչպես հայտնում է past.am-ը, գրում է թուրքական «Հուրիեթ» պարբերականը:
Պրոֆեսորի մահվան մասին թվիթերյան իր միկրոբլոգում հայտնել է քեմալական Հանրապետական ժողովրդական կուսակցության հայ պատգամավոր Սելինա Դողանը՝ նշելով, որ երկիրը կորցրել է ամենաարժեքավոր մաշկաբաններից մեկին: «Աստված հոգին լուսավորի»,- հայերեն գրել է մեջլիսի պատգամավորը:
Հակոբ Կոթողյանը ծնվել է 1939 թվականին Ստամբուլում, որտեղ նրա ծնողները՝ Քիրքոր Կոթողյանն ու տիկին Մաքրուհին տեղափոխվել էին Յոզղաթից: Դպրոցն ավարտելու տարում աշխատելիս է եղել արհեստանոցում, որտեղ զբաղվում էին արծաթի մշակմամբ: Այստեղ հաստոցներից մեկի տակ կորցնում է ձեռքը: Հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Հակոբին բժիշկներն ապրելու հույս չեն տալիս: Վիրահատությունից հետո օրեր շարունակ մնում է անգիտակից վիճակում, սակայն ի վերջո դուրս է գալիս կոմայից և շարունակում է ապրել:
Հետագայում մեկ ձեռք ունենալու համար ստանում է «Անթև Հակոբ» մականունը:
Մաշկաբանության վերաբերյալ երկու գրքի հեղինակ է, նրա մոտ հիվանդներ էին գալիս աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից:
