Ադրբեջանի նախագահական ընտրությունների օրվա տեղափոխումը ոչ թե պատերազմի նախապատրաստման, այլ ԱՄՆ-ի ծրագրերը խափանելու համար էր

Եվրազեսի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Լեպյոխինն իր վերջին զրույցներից մեկում շեշտել է, թե Հայաստանի գլխավոր վտանգն այնտեղ չէ, որտեղ իրականում թվում է: Եվ մասնավորապես Իլհամ Ալիևի համար Ղարաբաղյան սառեցված խնդիրը Բաքվին սպառնացող ամենամեծ մարտահրավերը չէ: Այս մասին Past.am-ը տեղեկացավ EADaily-ի հրապարակումից:
Լեպյոխինը ընդգծել է, որ այսօր բազմաթիվ քաղաքական գործիչներ ու փորձագետներ փորձում են գուշակել, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված Ադրբեջանի նախագահական ընտրությունների հանկարծակի տեղափոխումը հոկտեմբերից ապրիլ: Եվ իհարկե այս թեմայով շատերն արդեն արտահայտվել են, թե պատճառը Ադրբեջանի՝ Ղարաբաղի համար պատերազմին նախապատրաստվելն է:
Լեպյոխինի կարծիքով, այսօր Ադրբեջանի սահմաններին մոտենում է բավական մեծ վտանգ, ինչը սխալ կլինի հաշվի չառնել: Խոսքը համաշխարհային առաջատարների՝ Մերձավոր Արևելքում ազդեցության և իշխանության համար պատերազմի երկրորդ փուլի մասին է, պատերազմի, որ կարող է ազդել ոչ միայն Սիրիայի, Իրաքի, Յեմենի, Թուրքիայի ու քուրդերի վրա, այլև Իրանի, Իսրայելի և Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների վրա:
Եվ ըստ Լեպյոխինի՝ Արևմուտքն ունի իր ծրագրերը կապված Ադրբեջանի հետ, ինչը համապատասխանեցվել էր Ադրբեջանում նախագահական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու ժամկետների հետ: Եվ ստացվում է, որ այդ ընտրությունները «առաջ գցելու» պատճառը եղել է հենց սա: Այս փոփոխությունն արդյունքում խափանել է արևմտյան հատուկ ծառայությունների ծրագրերը, ովքեր ցանկանում էին օգտվել քարոզարշավից առաջին հերթին հանրապետությունում իրավիճակը անկայունացնելու, իսկ երկրորդ հերթին Ադրբեջանի՝ Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները սրելու համար:
Սա իհարկե Լեպյոխինի կարծիքն է, ով միաժամանակ համոզված է, թե Արևմուտքը ինչ-որ խորամանկ քայլեր ունի նաև Հայաստանի հետ կապված: Օրինակ, այդ ծրագրերը կապված են նրա հետ, որ եթե Թուրքիային, ապա նաև Ադրբեջանին հնարավոր լինի «ենթարկել» ԱՄՆ-ին, Երևանը կհայտնվի, այսպես կոչված, պրկման իրավիճակում: Նա կամ կհրաժարվի Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերություններից, կամ էլ ԱՄՆ-ն ու ՆԱՏՕ-ն կաջակցեն «միջազգային հատուկ ուժերին»՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանին վերադարձնելու պատերազմի ձգտման մեջ:
Այստեղ ռուս գործիչը նկատել է, թե քաղաքական փորձագետները պետք է ավելի հեռատես լինեն և շնորհակալ լինեն Աստծուց իրենց՝ ռուսների նման դաշնակից ունենալու համար:
