Հայաստանում հունվար-սեպտեմբերին բնակարանների վաճառքը կրճատվել է 18,8 տոկոսով

Հասկանալի է, որ նման բան հնարավոր է միայն առաջարկի նկատմամբ պհանջարկի որոշակի աճի դեպքում, սակայն բոլորին քաջ հայտնի է, որ բնակարանների շուկայում մեզ մոտ հակառակ իրավիճակն է...
Պաշտոնական տվյալներով այս տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբերին Հայաստանում բնակարանների առք ու վաճառքի գործարքների թիվը տարեկան կտրվածքով կրճատվել է 2029 միավորով կամ 18,8 տոկոսով: Միաժամանակ անկում է արձանագրվել Երեւանում եւ բոլոր մարզերում՝ առանց բացառության:
Տոկոսային հարաբերությամբ ամենամեծ անկումը գրանցվել է Տավուշի մարզում, որտեղ բնակարանների առք ու վաճառքի գործարքների թիվը կրճատվել է գրեթե կիսով չափ (ավելի հստակ 45,6 տոկոսով): Բացարձակ ցուցանիշներով ռեկորդ է գրանցվել Երեւանում, որտեղ հունվար-սեպտեմբերին վաճառվել է շուրջ 1,5 հազարով ավելի քիչ բնակարան, քան նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ չնայած նման զգալի անկմանը, բնակարանների գները, ասենք Երեւանում, գրեթե անփոփոխ են մնացել: Եւ նույնիսկ հակառակ բոլոր շուկայական տեսությունների, որոշ շրջաններում գործարքների թիվն աճել է:
