Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի ազատամարտիկների միության 7-րդ համաժողովի մասնակիցներին: Այս մասին past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից: Ներկայացնում ենք ուղերձն ամբողջությամբ:

«Համաժողովի հարգարժա՛ն մասնակիցներ և հյուրեր,
Սիրելի՛ ազատամարտիկներ,
Իմ սիրելի՛ մարտական ընկերներ,

Սրտանց ողջունում եմ ձեզ և հաջողություն մաղթում Արցախի ազատամարտիկների միության 7-րդ համաժողովի աշխատանքներին: Իմ ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքներն եմ հղում նաև մեր բոլոր զինակիցընկերներին, նրանց հարազատներին և մերձավորներին: Ասում եմ՝ «մեր», քանի որ ինձ ձեզնից չեմ առանձնացնում:

Արցախն իրեն պարտադրված պատերազմ մտավ՝ դառնալով ընդարձակ ռազմաբեմ, և դուրս եկավ՝ որպես իր օջախ ներխուժած ոսոխին դուրս շպրտած ինքնուրույն ու կայացած հանրապետություն: Ուրախ եմ, որդուք շարունակում եք աչքի լույսի պես պահպանել մարտի դաշտում կոփված եղբայրությունը՝ ինքնակազմակերպվելով և իրար նեցուկ կանգնելով:

Արցախը դարձավ մեր նորագույն պատմության Հայոց բերդը, հայ ժողովրդի պատվախնդրության, տոկունության և հաղթանակի խորհրդանիշը: Ուղիղ 30 տարի առաջ արցախցին ոտքի կանգնեց՝ շտկելով իր մեջքը, պահանջեց ազատություն՝ մերժելով իրեն պարտադրված օտար լծի կապանքները:

Այսօր, դիմելով Արցախի հերոսամարտը կերտած մեր եղբայրներին և քույրերին, պետք է շեշտեմ՝ արցախցին իր տունն է պաշտպանել, և հենց դրա շնորհիվ հաղթանակած է դուրս եկել մարտի դաշտից: Իր արդարպայքարում արցախցին միայնակ չմնաց. նրան սատարեցին հայորդիներ Հայոց աշխարհի բոլոր կողմերից՝ նեցուկ կանգնելով Արցախի ժողովրդի դատին: Այդ ճակատագրական ժամանակահատվածում յուրաքանչյուրհայ սրտի թրթիռով ակնկալում էր ոգևորիչ լուրեր Արցախից՝ հավատալով, որ մեր պայքարն արդար է, դիրքերը՝ ամուր:

Փառք մեր ընկած հերոսներին, ովքեր իրենց կյանքի գնով մեզ համար արժանապատիվ ապրելու հնարավորություն ստեղծեցին: Մենք ամեն վայրկյան մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում պետք է պահենք մեր կողքին ապրողհերոսներին, ովքեր աննկուն էին ռազմի դաշտում և այդ նույն աննկունությամբ էլ այսօր կռում են Արցախի խաղաղ ու բարեբեր ապագան:

Կրկին ջերմորեն ողջունելով համաժողովի մասնակիցներին և հյուրերին՝ միությանը մաղթում եմ արդյունավետ գործունեություն՝ ի շահ Արցախի և համայն հայության:

Փառք Արցախի ազատամարտիկներին, փառք ձեր խիզախությանն ու սխրանքին»:
