Շրջակա միջավայրի պարբերաբար անցկացվող մոնիթորինգը չի պարունակում արձանագրված խնդիրների լուծման վերլուծություններ: Ինչպես հայտնում է past.am-ը, այս մասին, այսօր՝ փետրվարի 15-ին, Կառավարության նիստում հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ անդրադառնալով շրջակա միջավայրի մոնիթորինգին:
Նրա խոսքով` Բնապահպանության նախարարության կողմից եռամսակային կտրվածքով ներկայացվում են շրջակա միջավայրի մոնիթորինգի մասին հետազոտություններ, որոնք պարունակում են հանրապետության տարբեր բնակավայրերի մթնոլորտային օդի, հողերի ու ջրերի աղտոտվածության, սահմանաչափերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ. «Միաժամանակ, նշված հետազոտությունները չեն պարունակում արձանագրված խնդիրների, պատճառների վերացման լուծումների վերաբերյալ վերլուծություններ: Օրենսդրությամբ լիարժեք սահմանված չեն արձանագրված խնդիրների նվազեցման կամ լուծման պարտադիր պայմաններ եւ գործուն մեխանիզմներ»:
Վարչապետը Բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանին հանձնարարեց մեկամսյա ժամկետում ապահովել շրջակա միջավայրի մոնիթորինգի արդյունքում արձանագրված խնդիրների եւ դրանց հնարավոր լուծումների վերաբերյալ վերլուծության իրականացումը և ներկայացնել դրանց կատարումն ապահովող գործիքակազմի վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ:
Տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանին վարչապետը հանձնարարեց միջոցներ ձեռնարկել բնապահպանական վիճակի բարելավման ուղղությամբ:
«Մենք Բնապահպանության նախարարության հաշվետվությունը լսելիս արձանագրել ենք, որ գոյություն ունեն համայնքներ, որ ամեն տարի Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը նույն եզրակացությունն է անում: Բայց այդ նյութից հասկանալի չէ՝ համայնքապետն ինչ պետք է անի, հասկանալի չէ՝ պատճառը որտեղից է եւ դա կրում է, չգիտեմ ինչ բովանդակություն: Այսինքն՝ ֆիքսում ենք, որեւէ բան չենք անում, հաջորդ տարի էլի ֆիքսում ենք ու ոչինչ չենք անում: Պետք է ամեն ինչ լինի հստակ հաշվելի ու հասկանալի, այդ իսկ պատճառով, պարոն Մինասյան, հստակ ձեւակերպեք», - դիմելով նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանին՝ ասաց վարչապետը:
