Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է բարելավել միջազգային վարկանիշներում Հայաստանի ցուցանիշները

Հայաստանի թվային փոխակերպման ներկայիս միջազգային վարկանիշային ցուցանիշները, ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ, բավարար չեն, ինչը հատկապես պայմանավորված է անհրաժեշտ ամբողջական վիճակագրական տվյալների և մշտադիտարկման գործիքակազմի բացակայությամբ։ «Զուգահեռաբար հարկավոր է նաև ընդլայնել անձանց մատուցվող պետական ծառայությունները թվային գործիքներով տրամադրելու շրջանակը՝ դրանց միջոցով պարզեցնել վարչարարությունը, նվազեցնել ժամկետները և հնարավոր կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը»,- past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը՝ վարչապետը հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների ղեկավարներին և «Թվային Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենին հանձնարարեց 2-ամսյա ժամկետում գույքագրել և մշակել կոնկրետ գործողություններ՝ ուղղված միջազգային թվային վարկանիշներում հայաստանյան ցուցանիշի բարելավմանը և առաջընթացի ապահովմանը, 1-ամսյա ժամկետում՝ ամփոփել և արձանագրել առաջիկայում թվայնացման ենթակա առաջնահերթ պետական ծառայությունների շրջանակը և դրանք ներկայացնել կառավարության աշխատակազմ։

Տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարին հանձնարարվեց ստանձնել տեղեկատվության և հաղորդակցման տեխնոլոգիաների միջազգային վարկանիշներում հայաստանյան ցուցանիշների բարելավմանն ուղղված մշտադիտարկման և համապատասխան մարմիններին մասնագիտական օժանդակության տրամադրման գործառույթը: Միաժամանակ, վարչապետն Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության պետին առաջարկեց 1-ամսյա ժամկետում թվային գործիքների կիրառման և զարգացման, ինչպես նաև այլ ոլորտների էլեկտրոնային վիճակագրական բազային հիմքեր  ստեղծելու և այդ հարթակի միջոցով՝ տարեկան տվյալների ամբողջական հավաքագրումը ապահովելու նպատակով, «Թվային Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի հետ համատեղ մշակել և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջարկություն՝ e-Statistics պիլոտային ծրագրի նախաձեռնման և իրականացման վերաբերյալ:

«Այս վարկանիշում մենք անտրամաբանական հետ ենք, ոչ թե մեր վիճակն է վատ, այլ ուղղակի ռեգուլյար անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությունը չենք տրամադրել»,- ընդգծեց վարչապետը՝ ավելացնելով, որ հանձնարարել է ամփոփել նման վարկանիշները, կոնկրետ պատասխանատու նշանակել, որպեսզի «վաղը չէ մյուս օրը հասկանանք՝ ով է թերացել իր աշխատանքում»:
