Հայաստանն իր խնդիրները պետք է կարգավորի՝ հետևելով սիրիական զարգացումներին
INTERVIEW
Քաղաքագետ Էմիլ Օրդուխանյանը զրուցել է Past.am-ի թղթակցի հետ՝ անդրադառնալով սիրիական խնդրին և դրա ազդեցությանը մեր երկրի վրա:
-Վերջին շրջանում սիրիական կոնֆլիկտի մեջ են ներգրավվել Իրանը և Թուրքիան: Դա որքանո՞վ կարող է վտանգավոր լինել Հայաստանի և առհասարակ տարածաշրջանի համար:
-Նայած, թե որ տեսանկյունից ենք նայում: Եթե բացի Արևմուտքից, Ռուսաստանից, նույն սիրիական ներքին կառավարական ու ընդդիմադիր ուժերից այլ դերակատարներ էլ են ներգրավվում կոնֆլիկտում, բնականաբար այստեղ կան համապատասխան շահեր: Թուրքիան և Իրանը գուցե այս պահին ավելի ակտիվացել են, բայց նրանց ներգրավվածությունը՝ թեկուզ անուղղակիորեն, կոնֆլիկտում եղել է նաև նախորդ շրջանում:
Եվ սրանով իրենք որոշակի շահեր են իրացնում: Սիրիայում Թուրքիայի և Իրանի շահերը բախվում են, նույն հոսքով չեն: Իրանը կառավարական ուժերի կողմնակիցն է, Թուրքիան բացահայտ չի ասում, թե ում կողմնակիցն է, բայց իր խնդիրներն է լուծում հիմնականում Աֆրինում, քրդական բնակչության հետ: Թուրքիայի կայսերապաշտական քաղաքականությունը փորձում է ինչ-որ կերպ իրացվել, և Էրդողանը փորձում է դա անել՝ օգտվելով նաև ստեղծված իրավիճակից:
-Ներգրավված կողմերից մեկն էլ Իսրայելն է, որը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ վտանգ է զգում Իրանի կողմից և պատրաստ է դրան դիմակայել՝ ակնարկելով ատոմային զենքի առկայության մասին: Այս դեպքում նույնպես Հայաստանի համար վտանգ չկա՞:
-Միջուկային զենքի կիրառման մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող, կարող է սա դիսկուրսիվ բնույթի հայտարարություն է: Ուղղակի սիրիական թնջուկը բավական բարդ է: Այնտեղ այնքան կողմերի շահեր են հակադրվում: Նույն Իսրայելի և Իրանի շահերն են հակադրվում Սիրիայի հարցում: Իսրայելը Մերձավոր Արևելքում լուրջ դերակատարություն ունեցող պետություն է և չի ուզում, որ այլ պետություն, որի հետ նա չունի բարեկամական հարաբերություններ, խոսքը Իրանի մասին է, ընդլայնի իր ազդեցությունը:
Սիրիայում ազդեցության գոտիների վերաբաշխում է տեղի ունենում: Պայքարը հիմնականում սրա համար է: Կոնֆլիկտում ներգրավված կողմերը իրենց ազդեցությունն են ուզում հնարավորինս ընդլայնել Մերձավոր Արևելքում: Բնականաբար այդ ազդեցությունների ընդլայնումը մյուս դերակատարների հաշվին պետք է լինի, որոնք էլ դա չեն ցանկանում:
Հայաստանի համար որևէ սպառնալիք չեմ տեսնում: Միջուկային զենքի կիրառում չի կարող լինել, դրա համար ստեղծված իրավիճակ չկա: Հայաստանն իր խնդիրներով պետք է զբաղվի: Իհարկե, մոտ լինելով Մերձավոր Արևելքին՝ մենք պետք է մեր խնդիրները կարողանանք կարգավորել՝ նաև ուշադրության մեջ պահելով սիրիական զարգացումները:
