Կաթնամթերքի անվտանգության խնդիրը առաջանում է մթերման ժամանակ. փորձագետներ
ECONOMICSՀայաստանում պետք է ավելի խստացվի կաթի մթերման գործընթացի վերահսկողությունը: Past.am-ի հաղորդմամբ` փետրվարի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին նշեց «Սպառողների խորհրդատվության կենտրոն» ՀԿ նախագահ Կարեն Չիլինգարյանը:
«Կաթնամթերքի անվտանգության պայմանների խախտումը սկսվում է հենց մթերման ժամանակ: Հայաստանում հիմնականում մթերում են գյուղացիներից, քանի որ խոշոր ագարակատերեր քիչ ունենք, ուստի պետք է ավելի խստացվի կաթի մթերման գործընթացի վերահսկողությունը, ինչպես նաև կենդանիների համարակալում իրականացվի, որը էականորեն կնվազեցնի վտանգի ռիսկը»,- ասաց Չիլինգարյանը:
Պանրագործների միության նախագահ Արմեն Գիգոյանի խոսքով` խնդիրը ոչ միայն վերահսկողության հետ է կապված, այ նաև կաթի արտադրության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների հետ:
«Հայաստանում ագարակատեր են համարվում անասնապահ գյուղացիները: Դա այդպես չպետք է լինի: Անասնապահ գյուղացին պետք է զբաղվի իր կենցաղային հարցերով, իսկ արտադրության համար մատակարարվող կաթը պետք է ագարակներից մթերվի: Ցավոք, Հայաստանում ունենք 5-6 ագարակներ, իսկ իրականում տասն անգամ ավելիի պահանջարկ կա և այդ բացը լրացնում են անասնապահ գյուղացիները: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում՝ անասնապահ գյուղացիները կարո՞ղ են պահպանել անվտանգության կամ տեխնիկական չափանիշները, որպեսզի կաթը նորմալ հունով հասնի վերամշակողին: Իհարկե, ոչ»,- ասաց Գիգոյանը:
ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը փետրվարի 12-ին ամփոփել էր թթվասերի շուկայում կատարված պետական վերահսկողության արդյունքները: Այս արդյունքների հիման վրա Ծառայությունը «Բոնիլատ» ՍՊԸ-ի 05.02.2018 թ. արտադրության (0.5 կգ փաթեթվածքով, պիտանիության ժամկետը՝ 9 օր) թթվասերի խմբաքանակը ճանաչել է վտանգավոր, տրվել են արտադրանքի ետկանչի կարգադրագրեր, իսկ արտադրական գործընթացը կասեցվել է:
Վտանգավոր է ճանաչվել նաև «Չանախ» ՍՊԸ-ի 06.02.2018 թ. արտադրության (200 կգ ընդհանուր զանգվածով, պիտանիության ժամկետը՝ 6 օր) թթվասերը. ծառայության կողմից տրվել է արտադրական գործընթացի կասեցման որոշում:
