Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպման մանրամասների մասին

Մի քանի օր առաջ ՀՀ նախագահի թեկնածու Արմեն Սարգսյանը հանդիպել էր «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության վարչության անդամների, իսկ անցած շաբաթվա վերջին՝ կուսակցության առաջնորդ՝ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի հետ: Հանդիպման ժամանակ ժառանգականները երկայացրել են երկրում ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակին լուծում տալու՝ կուսակցության տեսլականը։ Իր դիրքորոշման ու պատկերացումների մասին խոսել է նաև Արմեն Սարգսյանը՝ ներկայացնելով սեփական մոտեցումները՝ երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման հարցում:

Past.am-ը «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանից փորձեց պարզել, թե իրականում ինչ տվեց հանդիպումը:

«Համակարգային և ներքաղաքական հարցերի շրջանակներում է տեղի ունեցել քննարկումը՝ քաղբանտարկյալներից սկսած՝ արտագաղթից վերջացրած: Մատնացույց ենք արել նաև Սահմանադրության հակասությունը, համաձայն որի երկրի նախագահը համարվելով պետության գլուխ նրա վրա վրա է դրված նաև Սահմանադրության երաշխավորը լինելու պարտականությունը, սակայն այն կյանքի կոչելու որևէ լիազորություն չունի: Արմեն Սարգսյանն այն մոտեցումն է ցուցաբերել, որ փորձելու է իր կարողությունների շրջանակներում հնարավորինս նպաստել տարբեր խնդիրների լուծմանը»,- ասաց Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը:

Նախագահի թեկնածուն հանդիպման ժամանակ շեշտը դրել է հանրային միասնության վրա, բայց Ա. Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով նա չունենալով որևէ լծակ, դրան կարող է փորձել հասնել հասարակության  ներկայացուցիչների միջոցով:

«Այդ առումով ես ոչ դրական գնահատական կարող եմ տալ, ոչ էլ բացասական: Ժամանակը ցույց կտա, թե նա իրականում ցանկություն կունենա, չի ունենա, կարող է թե՝ չի կարող: Ակնհայտորեն, որոշակի կարողություններ ունի Արմեն Սարգսյանը, նկատի ունենալով հատկապես արտաքին քաղաքական դաշտում ունեցած իր գործընկերներին, բայց ինչ կլինի չեմ կարող ասել»,- ասաց կուսակցության փոխնախագահը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ հանդիպումը բավականին բովանդակային էր և եթե նախագահի թեկնածուին հաջողվի անգամ երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրներից գոնե մեկը լուծել, ապա  դա արդեն իսկ կարելի է առաջխաղացում համարել:

«Արմեն Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ պետք է երկիրը ղեկավարի առաջնորդելով: Եթե նա ցանկանա հանրային միասնություն ապահովել, որպեսզի երկրում իրական բարեփոխումների դաշտ բացվի, կօգնենք նրան այդ գործում: Եթե չցանկանա, ապա մենք կունենանք այն իրավիճակն, ինչ հիմա ունենք: Չեմ կարող խոսել որևէ հույս ունենալու մասին, քանի որ դա նրա անձնական որոշումն է, բայց համոզված եմ, որ սրանից ավելի վատ, չի լինի: Խնդիրը շատ ավելի գլոբալ է, թե արդյո՞ք նա կկարողանա իրական
փոփոխություններին միտված քայլերի գնալ հանրության աջակցությամբ, թե՝ ոչ: Մեր երկրում չնայած նախագահն ուղիղ մանդատով չի ընտրվելու, բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ եթե Արմեն Սարգսյանը փորձի բարեփոխումների ուղղությամբ շարժվել, ապա քաղաքական և հասարակական դաշտի աջակցությունը կունենա»,- ասաց Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը:
