Դեղատանը կեղծ թղթադրամ է իրացվել. հարուցվել է քրգործ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով թղթադրամ կեղծելու և իրացնելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2018 թվականի հունվարի 30-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ հունվարի 25-ին Երևան քաղաքի Մաշտոցի պողոտայում գործող դեղատներից մեկում դեղորայք գնելու նպատակով վճարվել է 1 հատ 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով թղթադրամ, որը, ինչպես հետագայում պարզվել է, եղել է կեղծ։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 202-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են դեղատան անվտանգության տեսախցիկների՝ տվյալ օրվա տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության։ Տեսանյութում երևում է, որ 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով թղթադրամը, որը, ինչպես հետագայում պարզվել է, կեղծ է, դեղատան աշխատակցին ներկայացրել է մի երիտասարդ կին։
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննություն ապահովելու, երիտասարդ կնոջ մոտ կեղծ թղթադրամի հայտնվելու հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ լուսանկարներում պատկերված կնոջը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Խնդրում ենք լուսանկարներում պատկերված անձին ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, կամ ովքեր ճանաչում են նրան, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, հայտնեն ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
