Զինկոմի տեղակալը կաշառք վերցնելու համար դատապարտվեց չորս տարվա ազատազրկման

Նախկին ՀՀ ՊՆ Էրեբունու զինվորական կոմիսարիատի զորահավաքային բաժնի պետ, զինվորական կոմիսարի տեղակալ Վարդգես Համբարձումյանը չորս տարի երեք ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման դատապարտվեց:
Ինչպես Past.am-ը տեղեկացավ www.datalex.am կայքից՝ Վարդգես Համբարձումյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ՊՆ Էրեբունու զինվորական կոմիսարիատի զորահավաքային բաժնի պետի, զինվորական կոմիսարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը, կաշառք ստանալու պատրվակով, նախորդ տարվա սեպտեմբերի 11-ին Արսեն Վարդանյանից պահանջել էր 28 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Շաբաթներ անց՝ հոկտեմբերի 4-ին Համբարձումյանն իր աշխատասենյակում, վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով Վարդանյանից ստացել էր դրա մի մասը և հափշտակել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով 4 միլիոն 783 հազար 800 դրամին համարժեք 10 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար:
ՊՆ նախկին պաշտոնյան մեղադրվում էր ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով՝ «Խարդախություն, որը կատարվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով» հոդվածով։ Այս հոդվածը նախատեսում է ազատազրկում չորսից ութ տարի ժամկետով՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա:
Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանն օրեր առաջ՝ փետրվարի 14-ին կայացած դատական նիստի ընթացքում նախկին զինվորականին դատապարտեց 4 տարի 3 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման:
Մեզ հետ զրույցում Համբարձումյանի պաշտպան Հրանտ Անանյանն ասաց, որ ողջամիտ պատիժ է սահմանվել՝ այն ոչ շատ է, ոչ էլ՝ քիչ: Փաստաբանը տեղեկացրեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալն ընդունել էր մեղքը և դատարանին միջնորդել կիրառել արագացված կարգով դատաքննություն:
«Բավական մեծ վաստակ ունեցող անձնավորություն է, անցած ուղի ունի, երկար տարիներ ծառայում է Հայաստանի զինված ուժերում, կոչումով փոխգնդապետ է: Անբասիր ծառայության առաջին, երկրորդ և երրորդ աստիճանի և Գարեգին Նժդեհի մեդալներով է պարգևատրվել: Բազմաթիվ շնորհակալագրեր ունի: Խնամքի տակ ունի երկու մանկահասակ երեխա` 7 ամսական և 2 տարեկան 7 ամսական տարիքի: Հանցագործության պատճառով վնաս չի եղել, տուժող կողմը բողոքի պահանջ չի ներկայացրել, նախկինում դատապարտված չի եղել: Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ ողջամիտ եմ համարում իր պատիժը»,- ասաց նա:
