Քննչական կոմիտեն նոր մանրամասներ է հայտնում կամրջի տակ հայտնաբերված կնոջ և նրա դստեր մահվան դեպքից
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ պարզելու 1981 թվականին ծնված Գ.Հարությունյանի և նրա դստեր մահվան բոլոր հանգամանքները։ Այս մասին past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Դիակները հայտնաբերվել են 2018 թվականի փետրվարի 15-ին՝ Երևան քաղաքի Դավթաշենի կամրջի տակ՝ հողածածկ հատվածում։ Նախնական վարկածով՝ կինը և նրա դուստրը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել են Դավթաշենի կամրջից ընկնելու հետևանքով։
Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի և 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով, ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու ուղղությամբ կատարվում են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ, հարցաքննվել են բազմաթիվ անձինք։
Մոր և դստեր մահվան՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, որոնց եզրակացությունները դեռ չեն ստացվել։ Այսօր կատարվել է դիահերձումը, որի արդյունքներով դատաբժիշկները հայտարարել են, որ նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հերձման պահից 48 ժամ և ավելի առաջ՝ ստացած բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներից։
Քրեական գործով պարզվել է նաև, որ փետրվարի 13-ի երեկոյան՝ ժամը 20-ի սահմաններում, կինը 2009 թվականին ծնված դստեր հետ այցելել է «ՏաշիրՊիցցա» արագ սննդի կենտրոնի Դավթաշենի մասնաճյուղ և պատվիրել պիցցա, վերցրել այն և դուրս եկել։ Հարակից տարածքում առկա արտաքին տեսանկարահանող սարքերի միջոցով փորձ է արվում պարզել նրանց երթուղին։
Մոր և նրա դստեր անհետ կորելու վերաբերյալ ահազանգը ոստիկանությունում ստացվել է փետրվարի 13-ին՝ ժամը 22:25-ին։ Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ՕԿԿ-ում մի քաղաքացի ահազանգել էր, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 18-ի սահմաններում, մայր և աղջիկ տանից դուրս են եկել և դեռ չեն վերադարձել։
