«ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ» միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստը կանցկացվի Երևանում
SOCIETYԵվրոպա-Կովկաս-Ասիա միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի (ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ) միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահության շրջանակներում Հանձնաժողովի հերթական 13-րդ նիստն այս տարի` մարտի 5- 6-ը, կանցկացվի Երևանում։
Ինչպես past.am տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, Հայաստանը «ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ» ծրագրին անդամակցում է 1993թ-ից: Վերջին անգամ Հայաստանում այն անցկացվել է 2003թ-ին։
Երևանում կայանալիք միջոցառմանը ներկա կլինեն «ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ» ծրագրի մասնակից շուրջ 13 երկրների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, ՀՀ-ում «ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ» անդամ-պետությունների դեսպանություններ, «ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ» միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի մշտական քարտուղարության ու միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև Եվրահանձնաժողովի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ։
Նիստի ընթացքում նախատեսվում է հաստատել «ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ»-ի մաստեր պլանի և Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի` 2016-2026թթ. համար Եվրոպա-Ասիա-Կովկաս միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի զարգացման ռազմավարության իրականացմանն ուղղված գործողությունների ծրագիրը: Նախատեսվում է հաստատել նաև հնգամյա ժամկետի համար Եվրոպա-Ասիա-Կովկաս միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի երկայնքով զարգացման ճանապարհային քարտեզը:
Միաժամանակ, միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի կողմից կհաստատվի «ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ»-ի ճանապարհային երթուղիների մրցակցության բարձրացմանը և հետագայում միջազգային ավտոմոբիլային փոխադրումների կատարելագործմանն ուղղված գործողությունների ծրագիրը:
Նիստի ընթացքում նախատեսվում է անցկացնել «ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ» Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի Մշտական քարտուղարության գլխավոր քարտուղարի ընտրությունները, քննարկել ֆինանսավորման, ինչպես նաև հերթական 14-րդ նիստի անցկացմանն առնչվող հարցերը:
