Հայաստանում հնարավոր կլինի դեղերը ձեռք բերել էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսով

Ընթացիկ տարում էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգի ներդրման գործընթացում ծավալուն աշխատանքներ են սպասվում: Ինչպես Արմենպրեսի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց Էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգի ներդրման հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Վարդան Գեւորգյանը, համակարգի ներդրման գործընթացը սկսվել է 2017 թվականին, և արդեն միացել է 480 բժշկական հաստատություն: 2017 թվականի մայիսից պետական պատվերի շրջանակում մատուցվող ծառայությունների գրանցումները սկսեցին իրականացվել այս համակարգի միջոցով:
«Հաջորդ փուլով սոցփաթեթի շրջանակում շահառուներին մատուցված ծառայությունները նույնպես իրականացվեցին էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգի միջոցով: Դրա մեկնարկը տրվեց հոկտեմբերի 1-ից: Այժմ շուրջ 100 հազար շահառուի համար սպասարկման գործընթացներն իրականացվում են էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով: Ներկայում, օգտվելով սոցփաթեթի շրջանակում նախատեսված ծառայություններից, սոցփաթեթի շահառուների բոլոր տվյալները մուտքագրվում են նրա էլեկտրոնային անկետայի մեջ»,-ասաց Վարդան Գևորգյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ընթացիկ տարում նախատեսված է ապահովել այնպիսի պայմաններ, որ համակարգին միանան հանրապետության բոլոր լիցենզավորված հաստատությունները և դեղատները: Այդ նպատակով նախատեսված է դասընթացների անցկացում: Նախարարության կողմից իրականացվում է տեխնիկական հագեցվածության ապահովման գործընթաց: Այդ ժամանակ արդեն հիվանդների տվյալները, նրանց մատուցած բոլոր ծառայությունները պետք է գրանցվեն էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգում: Համակարգի նպատակն է բժշկական հաստատություններում առկա բոլոր անկետաները թվայնացնել, որ քաղաքացին այս կամ այն բժշկական հաստատություն գնալուց ստիպված չլինի իր հետ թղթերը տանել: Այսինքն` բժշկական անկետաները կլինեն մեկ վայրում:
«Հանրապետությունում կյանքի կկոչվի էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսի գաղափարը, որը թույլ կտա առավել հարմար և արդյունավետ կերպով իրականացնել դեղատոմսով դեղերի ձեռքբերումը: Քաղաքացիները ստիպված չեն լինի թղթային տարբերակով դեղատոմսերը փոխանցել դեղատներին: Դեղատների համար հասանելի կլինի բժշկի դուրս գրած դեղատոմսը: Բժիշկը, երբ դեղատոմսը դուրս կգրի, այն էլեկտրոնային համակարգում կլինի անձնավորված, ցուցված տվյալ քաղաքացուն: Քաղաքացին, այցելելով դեղատուն, տրամադրելով իր տվյալները, դեղատան աշխատակիցը դրանք կմուտքագրի համակարգում և հնարավորություն կունենա տեսնել դուրս գրված դեղատոմսը»,-ասաց նա:
Գործարկվել է armed.am կայքը, որի միջոցով կատարվում են գրանցումները: ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կարող են համակարգ մուտքը գործել և ծանոթանալ իրենց էլեկտրոնային անկետային: Դա թույլատրվում է ID քարտերի միջոցով, որոնցով մուտք գործելու կարիք կա միայն առաջին անգամ: ID քարտերով մուտք գործելու պահանջը կատարվել է անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով:
