Պարզվել են 53-ամյա տղամարդու մահվան դեպքի հանգամանքները. 3 անձ ձերբակալվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 53-ամյա տղամարդու մահվան դեպքի առթիվ. 3 անձ ձերբակալվել է, նրանց թվում նաև՝ տղամարդու եղբոր որդին: Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2018թ. փետրվարի 17-ին՝ ժամը 22:30-ին, «Քաջարան ԲԿ» ՓԲԸ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ Քաջարան քաղաքի Շահումյան փողոցի թիվ 1 շենքի մոտ տղամարդու դի կա։ Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և նշված հասցեում հայնտաբերել նույն քաղաքի 1965թ. ծնված բնակչի դիակը՝ դեմքի շրջանում բռնության հետքերով։ Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Դիահերձման ժամանակ տղամարդու մոտ հայտնաբերվել են նաև այլ վնասվածքներ` գլխի շրջանում:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետով, տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել քննչական պլան:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ են՝ ծնված 1995, 1974 և 1984 թվականներին և միմյանց հետ գտնվում են ազգակցական կապի մեջ:
Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Սյունիքի մարզի 1995թ. ծնված բնակիչը անձնական հարցերի շուրջ տուժողի՝ իր հորեղբոր հետ զրուցելու նպատակով իր երկու ազգականի հետ դեպքի օրը՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, գնացել է տուժողի բնակության վայր: Այնուհետև միասին տաքսի ավտոմեքենայով մեկնել են Կապան քաղաքի ուղղությամբ, որտեղ կանգ են առել և վիճաբանել, ինչի ժամանակ էլ 53-ամյա տղամարդն ստացել է տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Պարզվել է, որ տղամարդուն այնուհետև տեղափոխել են Քաջարանի Շահումյան փողոցի 1-ին շենքի մոտ, թողել այնտեղ, որտեղ էլ, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից, վերջինս մահացել է:
Ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք դեպքից հետո փորձել են հատել ՀՀ պետական սահմանը, սակայն իրավապահների կողմից բերման են ենթարկվել: Փետրվարի 19-ին նրանք ձերբակալվել են:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
