Ճարտարապետները նամակ են ուղարկել վարչապետին. պահանջը «Զվարթնոցի» կլոր մասնաշենքը պահպանելն է

Ինչպես հայտնի է, «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային և Գյումրու «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանների կոնցեսիոների կողմից ներկայացված 2018-2022 թվականների մաստեր պլանը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացվել: ՀՀ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչությունն այն հրապարակել է իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում: Ներկայացվող մաստեր պլանով նախատեսվում է շուրջ 38,2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրումներ կատարել:
Նոր պլանով նախատեսվում է կառամատույցի ծածկի նորացում, վազքուղու վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ, օպտիկամանրաթելային սենսորներ կանցկացվեն ցանկապատի վրայով և կկարողանան հայտնաբերել ցանկացած ներթափանցման փորձ: Ըստ պլանի՝ ուղևորահոսքի կանխատեսվող աճի և նոր վազքուղու համար ներդրումների պահանջին համապատասխան կավելանա կառամատույցի և օդանավերի կայանատեղերի վերանայման պահանջը:
Կքանդվի նաև «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի հին մասնաշենքը: Նշենք, որ զուգահեռ նախատեսվող աշխատանքների՝ ճարտարապետներն ավելի քան երկու տարի մասնաշենքի ամբողջական պահպանմանն ուղված քայլեր էին ձեռնարկում:
Հայաստանի ճարտարապետների միության նախագահ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ավելի վաղ ներկայացված մաստեր պլանի վերաբերյալ իր դիրքորոշումն էր հայտնել ու նշել, որ ճարտարապետները պետք է քննարկում անցկացնեն՝ հասկանալու իրենց անելիքները «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի հին մասնաշենքի պահպանման ուղղությամբ:
Մկրտիչ Մինասյանից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ քննարկում եղե՞լ է արդյոք, և ի՞նչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել:
«Մենք քննարկել ենք և, ինչպես միշտ, եկել ենք այն եզրահանգման, որ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի կլոր մասնաշենքը պետք է պահպանվի: Կոնցեսիոներն անընդհատ բերում է իր նախագիծը և որպես նախապայման դնում է այն հանգամանքը, որ մասնաշենքն անպայման պետք է քանդվի: Իսկ մենք խնդրում ենք, որ էդուարդո Էռնեկյանը («Արմենիա միջազգային օդանավակայաններ» ընկերությունը, ինչպես նաև «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանը պատկանում է Է. Էռնեկյանին-խմբ.) և իր նախագծային խումբը առանց որևէ նախապայմանի մեզ հետ քննարկման մասնակցեն՝ առաջնահերթությունը դնելով «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի կլոր մասնաշենքի պահպանման խնդրի, ինչպես նաև մնացած բոլոր խնդիրների վրա»,-Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ճարտարապետը:
Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանի ճարտարապետների միությունը հարցի առնչությամբ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին նամակ է հղել:
«Նամակում մասնավորապես խնդրել ենք հարցն այնպես դիտարկել, որ մենք կարողանանք պահել «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի կլոր մասնաշենքը»,-ընդգծեց ճարտարապետը՝ հավելելով, որ առայժմ որևէ պատասխան չեն ստացել:
