Հայաստանը բանակցում է Իրաքի հետ կրկնակի հարկումը բացառող համաձայնագրի ստորագրման շուրջ

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը փետրվարի 19-ին ընդունել է Իրաքի Հանրապետության հարկային պետական մարմնի պատվիրակությանը: Կողմերն անդրադարձել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Իրաքի Հանրապետության միջև եկամուտների և գույքի կրկնակի հարկումը բացառելու և հարկումից խուսափելը կանխելու մասին» համաձայնագրի ստորագրման հնարավորությանը:
Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Կրկնակի հարկման համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար հիմք է հանդիսացել Իրաքի հետ առևտրաշրջանառության տեսակարար կշռի ավելացումը, որը կազմել է 2.7%: Ըստ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Անանյանի՝ այն բավականին մեծ ցուցանիշ է, և նախատեսվում է կրկնակի հարկումը բացառող համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների ժամանակ առաջնորդվել այս հանգամանքով: «Իրաքի Հանրապետությունն այն բացառիկ երկրներից է, որի դեպքում ներմուծում-արտահանում հաշվեկշռի տեսանկյունից արտահանման ծավալները գերազանցում են ներմուծումներին, այսինքն՝ Իրաքի Հանրապետության համար մենք առավելապես արտահանող երկիր ենք»,- ասել է Անանյանը: Նախարարի տեղակալի խոսքով՝ միայն արտահանման ծավալները չեն, որ նպաստում են կրկնակի հարկման համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը: Համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը, ըստ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարաի տեղակալի, երկու երկրներին էլ գործարար կապերի առումով ավելի հավասարակշռված հարկային դաշտ է խոստանում:
Իրաքի հետ կրկնակի հարկումը բացառող համաձայնագրի ստորագրման շուրջ փետրվարի 19-22-ը նախատեսված բանակցությունները հանդիսանում են նախաստորագրման փուլ, և նրանց ավարտից հետո տեղի կունենա համաձայնագրի միջպետական ստորագրումը:
