Եվրամիությունն ավարտում Է Brexit-ի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի նախագիծը

Եվրամիությունը ներկայում ավարտում Է հանրակցության կազմից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալու վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի նախագիծը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է Past.am-ը, Բրյուսելում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել Է Եվրահանձնաժողովի (ԵՀ) պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարգարիտիս Սհինասը:
«Այժմ մենք զբաղվում ենք երկու հարցով: Առաջինը՝ զբաղվում ենք անցումային ժամանակաշրջանին վերաբերող համաձայնագրով, երկրորդը՝ ավարտում ենք (ԵՄ-ից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի) դուրս գալու մասին համաձայնագիրը»,-ասել Է նա: Սհինասի խոսքով՝ համաձայնագրի նախագիծը պատրաստ կլինի մոտ ժամանակներս: «Երկու հարցերով Էլ մենք առաջ կշարժվենք բավականին արագ, բայց ես չեմ ցանկանում որեւԷ ամսաթիվ նշել:
Հենց որ համաձայնագիրը պատրաստ լինի, մենք այն կներկայացնենք ձեզ»,-հավելել Է ԵՀ-ի ներկայացուցիչը: Ինչպես սպասվում Է, այս երկու հարցերը կլինեն Brexit-ի շուրջ ԵՄ-ի 27 երկրների ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովի ուշադրության կենտրոնում, որը փետրվարի 23-ին տեղի կունենա Բրյուսելում: ԵՄ-ի կազմից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալու պայմանների շուրջ Լոնդոնի եւ Բրյուսելի միջեւ բանակցությունները Բելգիայի մայրաքաղաքում սկսվել են հունիսի 19-ին, այն բանից գրեթե մեկ տարի անց, երբ Միացյալ Թագավորությունում այս հարցի շուրջ անցկացված հանրաքվեում 51,9 տոկոս արդյունքով հաղթանակ տարան եվրաինտեգրացման հակառակորդները:
Երկխոսությունը պետք Է շարունակվի մինչեւ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբեր, ինչից հետո կողմերը կես տարի կունենան ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններն ազգային խորհրդարաններում վավերացնելու համար: Բուն Brexit-ը պետք Է իրագործվի 2019 թվականի մարտի 29-ին, ինչից հետո կսկսվի անցումային շրջանը, որը կետեւի մինչեւ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
