Ռուբեն Մելքոնյան. «Թուրքիան միտումնավոր է վիժեցնում հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը»

Թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Մելքոնյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի ժամանակ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների հարցի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հնչեցրած պատասխանի՝ թուրքական հասարակական և քաղաքական շրջանակների արձագանքներին, նշեց, որ քանի որ այս օրերին թուրքական քաղաքական էլիտան զբաղված է սիրիական խնդրի էլ ավելի խորացմամբ, ուստի և դեռևս չի արձագանքել ՀՀ նախագահի խոսքին: Ինչ վերաբերում է թուրքական քաղաքագիտական և վերլուծական շրջանակներին, ապա նրանք բավականին ակտիվ են արձագանքել, իսկ կարծիքները բաժանվել են երկու բևեռների:

«Արձագանքներն ու կարծիքները երկու ոճի են: Նրանք, ովքեր փորձում են ավելի օբյեկտիվ երևալ, ՀՀ նախագահի ելույթի կարևոր շեշտադրումները համարում են շատ ճիշտ և հայտարարում են, որ ըստ էության հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վրա էական ազդեցություն են ունեցել այն կետերը, որոնց մասին ՀՀ նախագահը շեշտեմ: Այսինքն, ուղղակիորեն չեն բարձրաձայնում, որ թուրքական կողմը մեղավոր է, բայց քաղաքագիտական ձևակերպումներով, անուղղակիորեն ընդունում են այդ փաստը»,- ասաց Ռ.Մելքոնյանը:

Թուրքագետի խոսքով՝ ավելի կարծր, իշխանամետ դիրքորոշում ունեցող վերլուծաբանները շարունակում են նույն մաշված՝ նախապայմանների թեզերը կրկնել, իրենց մտքերը ձևակերպելով, թե իբր հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների չկարգավորման համար մեղավոր է Հայաստանը, հայկական սփյուռքը և այլն:
«Այսինքն, իշխանամետ վերլուծաբանների նման մեկնաբանությունները ռացիոնալ որևէ տարր չեն պարունակում»,- ասաց Ռ. Մելքոնյանը:  

Խոսելով այն վարկածի մասին, թե իբր Ադրբեջանն է «միջնորդել», որպեսզի թուքական կողմը տապալի երկխոսությունը, թուրքագետը նշեց, որ դա բավականին զգայուն թեմա է թուրքական հասարակական-քաղաքական շրջանակների համար, և քիչ թե շատ օբյեկտիվ վերլուծաբանները փորձում են այդ հարցը շրջանցել:

«Անգամ ընդդիմադիր կամ օբյեկտիվ մեկնաբաններն աշխատում են շատ չանդրադառնալ ադրբեջանական գործոնին, քանի որ դա կարող է առաջ բերել տարատեսակ արձագանքներ, ընդհուպ մինչև՝ նրանց կարող են մեղադրել դավաճանության մեջ: Իսկ իշխանամետ հատվածը շարունակում է թուրքական սկզբունքայնության դրսևորման թեզն առաջ տանել, որպես թուրք-ադրբեջանական եղբայրության հերթական արտացոլում, մոռանալով, որ միջազգային հարաբերությունների ժամանակ եղբայր, եղբայրական պետություն և այլ նմանատիպ արտահայտություններ չկան և թուրքական իշխանությունների կողմից արված քայլերը մեկնաբանում են պանթուրքիստական, ազգայնամոլական դրսևորումներով, որին կարելի է միայն մեկ որակավորում տալ: Այսինքն, հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունները կապելով հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների հետ՝ Թուրքիան տասնամյակներ շարունակ միտումնավոր է վիժեցնում հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը և ոչնչացնում է այն բոլոր հնարավորությունները, որոնք կարող են տանել այդ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը»,- ասաց Ռ. Մելքոնյանը:
