Հովհաննես Թումանյանի ծննդյան առիթով եւ գիրք նվիրելու կապակցությամբ փետրվարի 19-ին Սերժ Սարգսյանն այցելել է «Բուկինիստ» գրախանութ, որտեղ հանդիպում է ունեցել «Էդիթ Պրինտ» հրատարակչության ղեկավար Մկրտիչ Կարապետյանի, «Զանգակ» հրատարակչության ղեկավար Սոկրատ Մկրտչյանի, «Անտարես» հրատարակչության տնօրեն Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանի եւ «Բուկինիստ» ընկերության տնօրեն Խաչիկ Վարդանյանի հետ:

 «Անտարես» հրատարակչության տնօրեն Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը, թերթերից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է, որ գրքի ոլորտին վերաբերող հարցերը կառավարության օղակների հարցերն են և եթե Սարգսյանը միջամտում է այդ օղակների գործունեությանը, նշանակում է կառավարությունը լավ չի աշխատում: Մարտիրոսյանը կարծում է, որ սա կարող է լավ փիառ լինել:

 Մեծ հաշվով, իրավիճակն իսկապես հակասական է: Մի կողմից պարզ է, որ Հայաստանում շատ հարցեր լուծվում կամ տեղից շարժվում են բացառապես առաջին դեմքի ներգրավվածության պարագայում: Մյուս կողմից Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներգրավվում է գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում, ըստ էության, ստեղծելով մի իրավիճակ, երբ բոլոր, մեծ ու փոքր հարցերը լուծվում են բացառապես նրա հայեցողությամբ ու քիմքին հարիր:

 

Գրքի արտադրությունն ու պրոպագանդան կարևոր են Հայաստանի համար: Վերջին տարիներին նկատվում է գրատպության բավական ակտիվ շարժ: Թե ինչպես կզարգանա ոլորտը Սարգսյանի հետ պատասխանատուների հանդիպումից հետո, դժվար է ասել:
