Ընկերությանը դիտավորյալ տարել է սնանկացման

«Աշտարակ-կաթ» ընկերության նախկին ղեկավարության բողոքի հիման վրա դատական գործեր են սկսվել հարյուրավոր մարդկանց նկատմամբ: Այսօր այդ մարդկանցից մի քանիսը եկել էին կառավարության շենքի մոտ՝ արդարությունը վերականգնելու հույսով:
Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշտարակ քաղաքից Երևան եկած անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ 2016 թ. ինքը ապրանք է ստացել «Աշտարակ-կաթ»-ից և տեղում վճարել դրա դիմաց: Իսկ հիմա «Աշտարակ-կաթ» ՓԲԸ-ն և նրա սնանկության գործերով կառավարիչը որոշել են, որ նա և բազմաթիվ այլ քաղաքացիներ տվյալ ապրանքների համար չեն վճարել, և դատական կարգով փորձում են նրանցից բռնագանձել այդ նույն գումարը:
«Գրվել են վճարման հանձնարարագրերը, ապրանքը մատակարարվել է տեղում, տեղում կանխիկ ձևով վճարվել առաքիչին, մենք էլեկտրոնային կարգով ստորագրել ենք, բայց մեզ խաբել են՝ վստահությունը չարաշահելով, մեզ չեն տվել դրանց վճարման անդորրագրերը՝ ասելով, թե հետո կբերենք: Եվ սա վկայում է այն մասին, որ կանխամտածված, ծրագրավորված, մեր դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություն է: Սնանկացման արդյունքում է տեղի ունեցել, հիմա կատարվում է սնանկացման գործընթաց»,- ասաց նա:
Ասում է, որ իր պես 250-400 տուժող կա, և այս տվյալները դեռ հավաստի չեն, անընդհատ աճելու են, որովհետև համախմբում չկա և մեկ դատարանում չէ գործը քննվում: Տուժողներ կան հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքում՝ և՛ Երևանում, և՛ տարբեր մարզերում: «Աշտարակ-կաթ»-ն այսօր գումար է պահանջում գրեթե բոլորից, ում ժամանակին ապրանք է մատակարարել:
Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանն իր իբր պարտք լինելու մասին տեղեկացել է մի քանի ամիս առաջ՝ 2017 թ. դեկտեմբերին, երբ դատարանի կողմից ուղարկված ծանուցագիր է ստացել: Իր գործով առաջին դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա մայիսի 10-ին, սակայն կան մարդիկ, որոնք արդեն իսկ դատարանի կողմից մեղավոր են ճանաչվել և պարտավոր են վճարել նախկինում վճարված գումարը:
Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով այսօր փորձելու են հանդիպել կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների հետ. «Դիմել ենք, ասել են կմոտենան մեզ: Պահանջում ենք ճշմարտության բացահայտում, որպեսզի մեզ հանիրավի չմեղադրեն մեր պարտականությունները չկատարելու և մարդկանց գումարը չվճարելու համար»:
Աշտարակից մայրաքաղաք հասած Հովհաննիսյանի «պարտքը» կազմում է 770 հազար դրամ: Քանի որ չկա անդորրագիր, օրինական կարգով չի լինում ապացուցել, որ վճարումը կատարված է: Իսկ «Աշտարակ-կաթ»-ի նախկին սեփականատերը փորձում է օրենքի ուժով այդ նույն գումարը կրկին գանձել: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, որ մինչ այդ ոչ մի խնդիր չի եղել, իսկ անձամբ Հովհաննիսյանն այս ընկերության հետ համագործակցել է դրա գործունեությունը ծավալելու առաջին իսկ օրերից:
Հովհաննիսյանը հիմա էլ համագործակցում է «Աշտարակ-կաթ»-ի հետ, բայց արդեն նոր սեփականատիրոջ՝ «Պարգև» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ: Հարցին, թե ինչո՞վ կարող է պայմանավորված լինել ընկերության նախկին ղեկավարների նման քայլը, զրուցակիցս պատասխանեց, թե իրենք դիտավորյալ ընկերությունը տարել են սնանկացման և սա իրենց ծրագրի մի մասն է կազմում:
