360 միլիոն դրամ գյուղնախարարությանը 6 միլիոն լիտր դիզվառելիք գնելու համար

2018թ. գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների իրականացման ընթացքում հանրապետության հողօգտագործողներին աջակցելու և մատչելի գներով դիզելային վառելիք տրամադրելու համար մինչև 6 միլիոն լիտր դիզելային վառելիք կգնվի: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծն այսօր հայտնվել է Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում:
Գումարը կհատկացվի ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը մարզերի հողօգտագործողներին, գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվներին, գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության կազմակերպություններին և կրթության և գիտության նախարարության «Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարան» հիմնադրամի գիտական կենտրոններին շուկայականից ավելի մատչելի գներով դիզվառելիք վաճառելու համար:
Համաձայն մարզպետարաններից ստացված տեղեկատվության՝ դիզելային վառելիքի նկատմամբ այս տարվա գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների համար պահանջարկը կազմում է մինչև 6 միլիոն լիտր դիզելային վառելիք: Եվ որպեսզի գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների իրականացման գործում հողօգտագործողներին աջակցություն ցուցաբերվի, գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվող անձանց եկամուտները բարձրանան և գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվելը շահավետ դառնա, առաջարկվում է հողօգտագործողներին մատչելի գներով տրամադրել նշված ծավալի դիզվառելիք:
Ծրագիրը իրականացնելու համար ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը պետք է հատկացնել մինչև 360 միլիոն դրամ, ընդ որում գումարի մոտ կեսը՝ 147 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամը, կհատկացվի առաջին եռամսյակում, իսկ մնացածը գումարը՝ մինչև տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի ավարտ: Գումարը կհատկացվի 2018թ. պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդի հաշվին՝ բյուջետային ծախսերի տնտեսագիտական դասակարգման «Սուբսիդիաներ ոչ պետական ոչ ֆինանսական կազմակերպություններին» հոդվածով:
Նախարարությունը հատկացված գումարը որպես սուբսիդիա սահմանված կարգով և պայմանագրային հիմունքներով կտրամադրի իր կողմից իրականացրած մրցույթի արդյունքում հաղթող ճանաչված ընկերություններին՝ մինչև 6 միլիոն լիտր դիզելային վառելիքի մատակարարումները կազմակերպելու նպատակով:
Հավելենք, որ գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների իրականացման գործում գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին աջակցելու նպատակով 2012-2017 թվականներին իրականացվել է հողօգտագործողներին դիզելային վառելիքի և պարարտանյութերի մատչելի գներով ձեռքբերման պետական աջակցության 16 ծրագիր:
