Սուրեն Զոլյանի կարծիքով պատերազմի մասին կանխատեսումները չափազանցված են

2016 թվականի ապրիլյան դեպքերից հետո, քաղաքագիտական փորձագիտական շրջանակների կողմից պարբերաբար շրջանառության մեջ է դրվում այն միտքը, թե ուր որ է կրկին պատերազմ է սկսվելու: Նույնիսկ դրա ժամկետներն են նշվում, մարդիկ ահաբեկվում են, գալիս է այդ ժամանակը, անցնում, հետո պարզվում է, որ դա ընդամենը ժողովրդի ուշադրությունը շեղելու քարոզչական հնարք է եղել:
Հիմա, հերթական անգամ, շրջանառության մեջ է մտել արդեն մայիս-հունիս ամիսներին պատերազմ սկսվելու մասին թեզը, որը հիմնավորվում է Ադրբեջանի նախագահական ընտրություններն ապրիլին անց կացնելով:
Քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Զոլյանի կարծիքով Հայաստանում վերջին շրջանում քարոզչական առումով ռազմականացում է գնում, որն իր տրամաբանությունն ունի, որի պատճառը հստակ է:
«Այդ գաղափարները պետք է քարոզչության միջոցով ներքին տրամաբանական զարգացում ապրեն, որ եթե կա բանակ, ապա անպայման պետք է թշնամի լինի: Եվ դրանով արդարացնում են ռազմականացումը»,- past.am-ին ասաց Ս. Զոլյանը:
Նրա դիտարկմամբ, եթե այսօր շեշտը դրված է այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ բանակն անհրաժեշտ է, ապա պետք է խոսվի նաև այն մասին, թե ին չ սպառնալիքներ կան, որոնք կարող են առասպելի վերածվել:
«Շատ քիչ է խոսվում երկրի զարգացման մասին: Այն մասին, որ ծրագրեր չկան: Չի խոսվում թե ինչպես պետք է հաղթահարենք արտագաղթը: Եվ բնական է, որ այս պահին մարդկանց ուշադրությունը տնտեսական խնդիրներից շեղելու համար խոսվում է պատերազմի սպառնալիքներից»- ասաց քաղաքագետը:
Ս.Զոլյանի կարծիքով ամենամեծ մարտահրավերն այն է, որ երկիրը տնտեսապես ոչ միայն չի զարգանում, այլև հետ է գնում, որն ամենամեծ սպառնալիքն է: Եվ տնտեսական քաղաքականության ձախողումից ուշադրությունը շեղելու համար նման քարոզչություն են իրականացնում:
Խոսելով այն մասին, որ օրեր անց Հայաստանի խորհրդարանը ՀՀ 4-րդ նախագահին կընտրի, քաղաքագետն ասաց, որ ինքը նախագահի պաշտոնի հետ առանձնապես հույսեր չի կապում, քանի որ Հայաստանի պայմաններում այդ պաշտոնում ընտրված անձն առանձնապես շատ բան չի կարող իրականացնել: Եվ առաջ չընկնելով իրադարձությունների ընթացքից ասաց:
«Ես իրատես եմ: Կապրենք կտեսնենք, թե Արմեն Սարգսանին ինչքանով կհաջողվի առաջնորդելով ղեկավարել Հայաստանը»:
