Մինչև «առուն» ջուր գա, «ձկների» աչքը դուրս կգա
SOCIETYԳաղտնիք չէ, որ շատ ձկնաբուծարաններում ձկները հորմոններ պարունակող կերով են մեծանում: Եվ բավական է ձկան միսը հանձնել փորձաքննության, հասկանալու համար, թե ձկան անվան տակ ինչ բաղադրության ձկնամիս է հրամցվում մարդկանց:
Past.am-ի զրուցակիցը, ով վերջին շրջանում իշխան ձկան բիզնեսով է զբաղվում, պատմեց, որ այն օրից ,ինչ սկսել է այդ բիզնեսով զբաղվել, այլևս ձուկ չի ուտում: Ավելին, իր մտերիմներին, ծանոթներին նույնպես հորդորում է իշխան չգնել, քանի որ տեսնելով այն պայմանները, թե ինչպես է իշխան աճեցվում, կարելի է պատկերացնել, թե ինչ կարող է տեղի ունենալ մարդու օրգանիզմում, այն ուտելուց հետո:
«Քանի որ իշխանը համարվում է գիշատիչ ձուկ, իսկ կերի սակավության դեպքում սկսում են իրար վրա հարձակվել: Լճերում կարելի է տեսնել նաև թերաճ, արատներով աճած և վիրավոր ձկներ, որոնց ձկնաբուծարանի աշխատակիցներն աճեցնում և առանձնացնում են, բայց հետո նրանց ինչ են անում չգիտեմ: Իսկ կերը, որոնցով կերակրում են ձկներին, շագանակագույն գնդիկների նման է, որը ձկնաբույծները ժամը մեկ բահով լցնում են ջրի մեջ: Եվ պատկերացրեք մեկ շաբաթում մանրաձկները դառնում են մոտ մեկ, մեկուկես կիլոգրամանոց ձկներ»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Եվ հետաքրքիր է, որ ՍԱՊԾ-ն ձկան մսում առկա հորմոնների ու այլ նյութերի թույլատրելիության չափը պարզելու և դրանք հրապարակելու փոխարեն, տեղեկացնում է ձկան արտադրությամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունների խնդիրներն ուսումնասիրելով: Եվ տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ սննդի անվտանգության երաշախավորի մանդատ ունեցող պետական կառույցը նոր է իմացել, որ երկրում ընդհանրապես ձկնամթերք է արտադրվում, այդ պատճառով է նոր միայն սկսել նրանց խնդիրներն ուսումնասիրել:
Նման դեպքերում ասում են՝ մինչև «առուն» ջուր գա, «ձկների» աչքը դուրս կգա: Կամ այլ կերպ ասած՝ մինչև ձկնաբույծների խնդիրներն ուսումնասիրվեն, դրանց լուծման ուղիները գտնվեն, երկրում անհայտ ծագման ձկնամիսը կսպառվի: Եվ այդպես էլ պարզ չի դառնա, թե ՍԱՊԾ-ն այնուամենայնիվ կարողացա՞վ պարզել, թե սպառողը «ձկնամիս» անվան տակ իրականում ինչ է ուտում:
