Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատարի գլխին սև ամպերն են կուտակվել

Արդեն մի քանի օր է ինչ մամուլում սկանդալային տեղեկատվություն է տարածվում առ այն, որ Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական սահմանապահ զորամասի հրամանատարի անմիջական մասնակցությամբ, հայտարարված տենդերի շահելու գործընթացը չի ընթացել ավանդական հունով, այլ իրականացվել է մախինացիայի շնորհիվ: Այս մասին խոսվում է ոչ միայն հայկական մամուլում, այլև ռուսական moscow24.net կայքում, որտղ մասնավորապես նշվում է, որ իրենց աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատարությունը խարդախության շնորհիվ, անձնական շահի հետապնդմամբ կարողացել է իրեն «հարազատ» ընկերությանը տրամադրել առադարկվելիք տենդերը:
Դեպքի վերաբերյալ իրադարձությունների հաջորդականությունը չափազանց պարզ է դասավորվել, որն էլ թույլ է տալիս ասել, որ զորամասին հրամանատար՝ Անատոլի Միխեյեվը, իր պաշտոնական դիրքերի չարաշահմամբ, անմիջական ներգրավածություն է ունեցել տենդերը շահելու գործընթացին, ինչի արդյունքում էլ, նախկինում տվյալ տենդերը շահած և զորամասին կարագ մատակարարող ընկերությունը՝ Ար-Բե, ուղղակիորեն անօրինական կերպով դուրս է մղվել մրցակցությունից: Արդարացի կլինի ասել, որ այս ամբողջ պրոցեսը, զորամասի հրամանատարությունը շատ ցաքուցրիվ կերպով է կազմակերպել, ինչի արդյունքում էլ նման մեծ աղմուկ է բարձրացել այս դեպքի կապակցությամբ: Վերոնշյալ հրամանատարության պարզաբանման համաձայն, իրենք ինչ-որ նամակ են ստացել Ար-Բե ընկերությունից, որտեղ նշված է եղել, թե իբր իրենք մատակարարվող կարագի գինը բարձրացնում են և այդ ցուցիչով են պատրաստվում մասնակցել տենդերի: Նրանց պնդմամբ նախկին 135.000.000դր-ի փոխարեն, այդ մատակակարումը պետք է իրականացվեր 213.000.000դր-ով, սակայն հետագայում պարզ է դարձել, որ ինչ-որ մի անհայտ ընկերություն, այն շահել է 211.000.000դր-ով: Համաձայնեք, որ շատ պրիմիտիվ «ատկատի» մեխանիզմ են մտածել /կեղծ նամակ/, արագ մոտավորապես հարյուր միլիոն դրամ գրպանելու համար: Սակայն Ար-Բե հայ-բելոռուսական համատեղ ընկերությունը, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել հետամուտ լինել խնդրի լուծմանը, անգամ դիմել են զինվորական դատախազություն և պատրաստ են խնդրի լուծմանը հասնելու համար դիմել նաև ՌԴ կառավարություն:
Քանի որ, դեպքի առնչությամբ աղմուկ է բարձրացվել ոչ միայն հայկական, այլև ռուսական մամուլում, վերոնշյալ սահմանապահ զորմասի հրամանատարը ճիշտ կանի շատ արագ կերպով բավարարել Ար-Բե-ի արդարացի պահանջը, հակառակ դեպքում դատարանում դա տեղի կունենա և այդ դեպքում, դժվար թե գեներալը շարունակի պաշտոնավարել, իսկ Ար-Բե-ի վճռականությունը խոսում է հենց դրա մասին:
