     Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի վարչությունների տարեկան հաշվետվությունների շրջանակում աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել անշարժ գույքի կառավարման, իրավաբանական, վերահսկողության, քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունների, աշխատակազմի քարտուղարի տեղակալների, ինչպես նաև քարտուղարության, առանձնացված ստորաբաժանումների, անձնակազմի կառավարման և տուրիզմի բաժնի պետերի մասնակցությամբ: Հանդիպմանը ներկա է գտնվել նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Մակարյանը: Ոլորտների պատասխանատուները քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին զեկուցել են 2017թ. կատարված աշխատանքների և 2018թ. ծրագրերի մասին: 
      2017թ. ընթացքում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում և վարչական շրջաններում ընդհանուր առմամբ ստացվել է 152.703 դիմում-գրություն, թեժ գծերով ստացվել է 52659 հեռախոսազանգ, 2358 դիմում էլ ստացվել է սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով, 140157 խնդիրների տրվել են համապատասխան լուծումներ: Զեկուցվել է, որ քաղաքապետարանի «Մեկ պատուհան» գրասենյակում խորհրդատվություն է տրվել 35516 քաղաքացու, շուրջ 7700 բնակիչներ էլ մասնակցել են վարչական շրջաններում կազմակերպվող քաղաքացիների ընդունելություններին: Մյուս ոլորտների մասով ևս քաղաքապետին զեկուցվել է, որ աշխատանքներն ամենօրյա հսկողության տակ են: 
      Ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատելով վարչությունների կատարած աշխատանքը՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը աշխատակազմի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է քաղաքացիների հետ մշտական կապի ապահովմանը: 
     «Բնակիչների հետ անմիջական շփումն անձամբ ինձ համար մշտապես եղել է աշխատաոճ ու, համոզված եմ, որ դա ամենաարդյունավետ եղանակն է՝ առաջացող խնդիրներն արագ լուծելու և դրանք չկուտակելու առումով: Հենց այս սկզբունքով առաջնորդվելով էլ իմ կողմից սահմանվեց քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի վարչությունների պետերի և վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների կողմից քաղաքացիների ընդունելություններ կազմակերպելու աշխատակարգը, որը վստահորեն կարող եմ ասել, որ լավ արձագանք գտավ հանրության շրջանում: Այս հարցում իմ մոտեցումը հստակ է ու միանշանակ՝ բնակչի բարձրացրած ցանկացած հարց, որը մեր լիազորությունների շրջանակում է և օրենքի սահմաններում, ապա անպայման համապատասխան ընթացք և լուծում պետք է ստանա»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետն ու որպես բնակիչների հետ անմիջական կապի կարևոր միջոց՝ առանձնացրել է նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում և վարչական շրջաններում գործող «Թեժ գիծ» ծառայության և «Մեկ պատուհան» գրասենյակների գործունեությունը: 
     «Քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների «Մեկ պատուհան» գրասենյակներ դիմող մեր բնակիչները պետք է վստահ լինեն, որ կստանան անհրաժեշտ և լիարժեք խորհրդատվություն: Դուք պետք է զգաք ձեր աշխատանքի կարևորությունն ու պատասխանատվությունը: Եվ, ընդհանրապես, քաղաքացիների պատշաճ ու բարեհամբույր սպասարկումը պետք է լինի բոլոր աշխատակիցների առաջնային մոտեցումը», - նշել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
    Քաղաքապետը բոլոր ոլորտների պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է չբավարարվել գրանցած ձեռքբերումներով ու հաջողություններով և անել հնարավորը՝ դրանք ամրապնդելու և ավելացնելու ուղղությամբ:
