    ԱԺ-ում այսօր վաղ առավոտից քննարկում են Արմեն Սարգսյանի՝ ՀՀ նախագահի թեկնածության հարցը։ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հասցեին գովեստի խոսքեր հնչեցին ՀՀԿ-ականների կողմից, նրա մասին անգամ քծնանքի հասնող դիֆերամբներ ձոնեցին ՀՀԿ-ական որոշ կանայք։ Ամենատպավորիչը, սակայն, «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթն էր՝ սարկազմով և ակնհայտ հեգնանքով Արմեն Սարգսյանի ու Սերժ Սարգսյանի հասցեին։
    Փաշինյանը նախ նկատեց, որ այն պահից, երբ հանրությունը իմացել է, որ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ՀՀԿ-ի թեկնածուն է, հարգալից վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերել նրա նկատմամբ, բայց նա անհարգալից է վերաբերվում հասարակությանը: Այստեղ Փաշինյանը հիշեցրեց Արմեն Սարգսյանի՝ քաղաքացիության հետ կապված հարցը, որ քննարկվում է այս ընթացքում։«Դուք այսօր անհարգալից վերաբերմունք եք ցուցաբերերում հայ հանրության նկատմամբ: Համաձայն գործող Սահմանադարության՝ ՀՀ նախագահ կարող է լինել վերջին 6 տարում միայն ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձը: Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ելույթ է ունենում, ասում՝ ինչո՞ւ է դա ամենակարեւոր հարցը, այլ հարցեր չկա՞ն: Պարոն Աշոտյան, որ Հռոմից, չգիտեմ որտեղից այդքան ցույց եք տվել, որ կարդացել եք, Ձեր երկրի Սահմանադրությունը չեք կարդացե՞լ: Թե՞ Սահմանադրությունը ձեր կուսակցության համար որեւէ նշանակություն չունի, եթե Սահմանադարությունը չեք կարդացել, գոնե «Իվան Վասիլեւիչը փոխում է մասնագիտությունը» ֆիլմը նայե՞լ եք, թե՞ չեք նայել: Ես ուշադիր նայեցի ձեր կենսագրությունը եւ ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ունենալ չունենալը համընկնում է ՀՀ-ում պաշտոն ունենալ- չունենալու հետ: 1991 թվականին է ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունը հիմնադրվել, դուք այն ժամանակ պաշտոն եք ունեցել: 2002-ին Ձեզ ազատել են դեսպանի պաշտոնից, եւ Դուք հրաժարվել եք ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից: 2010-ին, երբ կրկին դեսպան պետք է լինեիք, կրկին ընդունել եք ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն: Դուք ոչ մի օր ՀՀ շարքային քաղաքացի չեք եղել: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարված եւ միայն պաշտոնի համար քաղաքացի դարձած անձը բարոյական իրավունք ունի՞ ՀՀ նախագահ ընտրվելու: Դուք ՀՀ նախագահ չեք ընտրվում, դուք ՀՀ-ում այսօր իշխող մաֆիայի անդամ եք ընտրվում, ընդ որում, պարտադրված եք էդ կարգավիճակում լինել հլու-հնազանդ»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
     Նա նշեց, որ առաջին անգամ այս խորհրդարանում իր ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է: Նա միջանցքում մոտեցել է ՀՀԿ-ական մի քանի անձանց, որոնց հետ «բարեւ, բարի լույս ունի», և ասել է․ «Լսի, դուք կարո՞ղ ա սատանայական ուժ եք, ո՞նց կարելի է առաջին հայացքից բյուրեղյա, անբիծ կենսագրություն ունեցող մարդուն, որ մինչև վերջերս մեր ընկալման մեջ էդպիսին էր Արմեն Սարգսյանը, բերել դնել էս մամլակի տակ և երկու րոպեում էդ ամբողջ կենսագրությունն արժեզրկել»։
