ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ, ԽՄԲԱԳՐՎԱԾ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը 2016թ. 2.2 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսում

Կառավարությունը 2016թ. Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ի իրական աճը ծրագրավորել է 2.2 տոկոս: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի քննարկմանն ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Պավել Սաֆարյանը: «2016թ. տնտեսակ ան աճն ավելի համեստ կլինի՝պայմանավորված հիմնական արտաքին տնտեսականզարգացումներով: 2016թ. ՀՆԱ-ի իրական աճը ծրագրված է 2.2 տոկոս,դեֆլյատորի մեծությունը՝ 4 տոկոս, 12-ամսյա գնաճի թիրախը՝ 4 +-1.5 տոկոս, բյուջեի պակասուրդը ՀՆԱ-ի 3.5 տոկոսըկկազմի»,- ընդգծեց Սաֆարյանը:
Պետական պարտքի ընդհանուր մակարդակը 2016թ. վերջի դրությամբ կանխատեսվում է 5 միլիարդ 565 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով, ընդ որում՝ պետական պարտի 86.6 տոկոսը բաժին կընկնի արտաքին պարտքին՝ 2018թ. վերջին սպասվող 87.6 տոկոսի դիմաց: «Ըստ էության պետական պարտքի մեծությունը 2016թ. վերջի դրությամբ կմոտենա 50 տոկոսին»,- մանրամասնեց Սաֆարյանը:
Ըստ նշված մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշների էլ ձևավորվել են պետական բյուջեի եկամուտները, ծախսերը և դեֆիցիտը: «Եկամտուների մասով մուտքերը կկազմեն 1 տրիլիոն 183 միլիարդ դրամ, ծախսերը՝ 1 տրիլիոն 373 միլիարդ դրամ, իսկ դեֆիցիտը՝ 190 միլիարդ դրամ»,- ասաց Պավել Սաֆարյանը:
Ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին, 2016թ. եկամուտների ծավալում մեծ տեսակարար կշիռ կունենան հարկերը և պետական տուրքերը՝ 95.4 տոկոս: «Հարկային եկամուտները և պետական տուրքերը 2016թ. համար ծրագրված են շուրջ 1 տրիլիոն 129 միլիարդ դրամի չափով: Հարկային եկամուտների և պետական տուրքերի 2016թ. ծրագրային մակարդակը կազմում է ՀՆԱ-ի 20.7 տոկոսը»,- հավելեց Սաֆարյանը:
