Մաշկի վրա առաջացող թարախային պզուկները, մանր կարմիր ցանավորումը ճարպագեղձերի կողմից արտադրվող արտազատուկի քանակի ավելացման հետևանք են, և հանդիպում են հիմնականում մեջքի վերին հատվածում, կրծքավանդակի առաջային մակերեսին ու ուսերի շրջանում:Այս խնդիրը առավելապես ճարպոտ մաշկ ունեցող և մինչև 27 տարեկան անձանց մոտ է լինում:

Թարախային պզուկները, կարմիր ցանավորումը մաշկի վրա առաջանում է հիմնականում հորմոնալ համակարգում և ստամոքս-աղիքային տրակտում տեղի ունեցող խանգարումների հետևանքով: Կանանց և աղջիկներին խորհուրդ է տրվուն գինեկոլոգի կոնսուլտացիա, քանի որ պատճառը կարող է լինել ձվարաններում կիստաների առկայությունը:

Այժմ քննարկենք այդ պզուկների և ցանավորման ժամանակ կատարվող սխալ գործողությունները: Կանայք կարծում են, որ պզուկների և ցանավորման պատճառը մաշկի ախտոտվածությունն է և սկսում են հաճախակի ցնցուղ ընդունել, ինչը վնասում է հիդրոլիպիդային շերտը : Օրգանիզմը փորձում է վերականգնել այդ շերտը և արտադրում է ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ ճարպ ու այսպիսով առաջանում է արատավոր օղակ: Կոպիտ սպունգի օգտագործումը նույնպես անթույլատրելի է, քանի որ դա հանգեցնում է մաշկի մեխանիկական վնասման և ինֆեկցիայի տարածմանը: Օճառը պետք է տարածել փափուկ սպունգով: Ցանկալի չէ նաև չափազանց տաք ջրով ցնցուղ ընդունել:

Մաշկի մաքրման համար, բացի ճիշտ հիգիենիկ միջոցառումներից, պետք է օգտագործել նաև տարբեր կոսմետիկ միջոցներ, որոնք հանգեցնում են արտադրուկի պակասեցման և մաշկի առողջացման: Լավ արդյունք են տալիս չորացնող պատրաստուկները`ցինկ, կաոլին ու կավե դիմակները:
