SOCIETYՍտացված զանգերից 1255-ը վերաբերել է կենսաթոշակին առնչվող ընդհանուր ճշգրտող տեղեկատվության ստացմանը, 3176-ը՝ ընտանիքի անապահովության, 288-ը՝ երեխայի խնամքի, 989-ը՝ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի, 271-ը՝ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի առցանց դիմումի ներկայացման, 146-ը՝ մայրության նպաստի, 89 զանգ՝ կենսաթոշակի կուտակային բաղադրիչին վերաբերող հարցերին:
101 զանգն ուղղված է եղել բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության հարցերին, 260-ը՝ ավանդի փոխհատուցման և ոլորտում առկա այլ հարցերին առնչվող տեղեկատվություն ստանալու համար:
Փետրվար ամսին ստացվել է 70 բողոք, որից 3-ն ուղղված է եղել բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության հանձնաժողովին, 2-ը սոցաջակցության տարածքային բաժիններին, 65-ը սոցապահովության պետական ծառայությունների տարածքային բաժիններին: Թեժ գծով բարձրացված հարցերի մոտ 90 տոկոսը տեղում լուծում է ստացել, իսկ լրացուցիչ ուսումնասիրություն պահանջող հարցերին ընթացք է տրվել:
Այս պարզ տեղեկությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ հարցերի 90 տոկոսը կարող էր չլինել, եթե պատկան կառույցները տեղերում իրենց պարտականությունները պատշաճ կատարեին, իսկ այն, որ նահանջ ամսվա 28 օրերի ընթացքում 7770 մարդ փորձել է ինչ-որ բան ճշտել, կրկին խոսում է կառույցի թերի աշխատանքի մասին:
Պարզ թվաբանությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ թեժ գիծը 24 ժամում օրական 227,5 զանգ է ստանում: Այսինքն՝ ժամում՝ 11,5:

Եվ զավեշտալին այն է, որ նախարարությունը զանգերի քանակը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու փոխարեն ամեն ամիս հպարտ հայտարարում է, թե իր ենթակայությամբ գործող կառույցների վատ աշխատանքի արդյունքում տվյալ ամիս քանի մարդ է ստիպված եղել «թեժ գծին» դիմել:
