Թուրքիայի կռվարար նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցությունը (ԱԶԿ) հունիսի 7-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում անսպասելի հարված էր ստացել կորցնելով խորհրդարանում մեծամասնությունը: Այդուհանդերձ, Էրդողանը կիրակի խաղաց իր քաղաքական կյանքի ամենամեծ թղթախաղը եւ հաղթեց: Սակայն, երկրում կայունության համար նրան եւ ԱԶԿ-ին ամբողջական լիազորություն տալով, թուրքերը կարող է ծանր գին վճարեն, քանի որ Էրդողանի այդ մասին բոլոր ուղերձները հիմնված էին անհամաձայնության եւ հարեւաններից, քրդերից, օտարներից, գաղթականներից, ամերիկացիներից, Եվրամիությունից եւ մարդկանցից վախի վրա:
Այս մասին, գրում է The Guardian թերթը` մեկնաբանելով Թուրքիայում կիրակի անցկացված արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները:
«Էրդողանը մտածեց «ինձնից հետո թեկուզ ջրհեղեղ» քաղաքականությամբ փոխել Թուրքիայում տիրող եղանակը: Ամբողջ ընտրական արշավի ժամանակ խոսեց անվտանգությունից եւ կայունությունից եւ բավարար քանակությամբ ընտրող անսաց նրա զգուշացումներին: Դա թուրքական դեմոկրատիայի ապագայի համար կասկածներ ստեղծող ավտորիտար մարդու զարմանալի անձնական հաղթանակն է: Համակիրների կողմից նոր Աթաթուրք երեւացող, թշնամիների կարծիքով` Օսմանյան սուլթանին նմանակմամբ բնութագրվող Էրդողանն այժմ ձեռք է բերել պահպանողական եւ իր նոր իսլամական տեսակետները կյանքի կոչելու հնարավորություն:
Եթե ԱԶԿ-ն կարողանա ստանալ Ազգայնական շարժում կուսակցության աջակցությունը, ապա կունենա սահմանադրությունը փոխելու եւ երկրում նախագահական համակարգ ստեղծելու համար անհրաժեշտ 330 պատգամավոր, ինչը երկրի միանձնյա ղեկավար լինելու նրա մեծագույն ցանկություն է», -նշել է թերթը:
Թերթի կարծիքով` խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն ապահովելո` Թուրքիայի գրեթե միանձնա տիրակալ դարձած Էրդողանը այժմ կարող է Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության (PKK) եւ դաշնակիցների դեմ ավելի կոշտ խոչընդոտների դիմել: Դրան որպես այլընտրանք` Էրդողանը կարող է դարձյալ ետ բերել PKK-ի հետ հրադադարը, եւ վերսկսել մի քանի տարի առաջ սկսած խաղաղ գործընթացը: Ըստ թերթի` ԱՄՆ-ը Թուրքիայի վրա ճնշում է գործադրելու երկրորդ այլընտրանքի համար:
Թերթը մեկնաբանությունն ավարտել է նրանով, որ թեեւ քրդական Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը (HDP) կարողացավ մտնել խորհրդարան, սակայն, ընտրություններում կորցնողը հենց HDP-ն է, ինչի պատճառով այժմ քրդերը հայտնվել են անորոշության ժամանակաշրջանի առաջ:
