«Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել Երևանի Չարենցի փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքի բնակիչների բողոքի առնչությամբ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի Չարենցի 2-րդ նրբանցքի բնակիչներն ասել էին, որ այդ տարածքում կոյուղաջրերի պատճառով խեղդող գարշահոտություն է տարածվում։

Ընկերության պարզաբանման մեջ ասվում է. «Այո, նշված տարածքում, կոյուղու բացակայությամբ պայմանավորված, առկա է հակասանիտարական վիճակ: Սակայն այն գոյություն ունի տարիներ շարունակ և որևէ կերպ կապված չէ Վեոլիա Ջուր ընկերության գործունեության հետ:

Վարձակալության պայմանագրով վերջինս կոչված է շահագործելու, վերանորոգելու ու պահպանելու ջրամատակարարման - ջրահեռացման այն համակարգը, որը պաշտոնապես հանձնված է Օպերատոր կազմակերպությանը: Մինչդեռ վերը նշված տարածքում կոյուղատար ցանցը, որպես այդպիսին, բացակայում է:

Լիներ խցանում, վթար, կամ նմանօրինակ այլ խնդիր, ընկերությունը պատրաստակամորեն կաջակցեր բնակիչներին, ինչպես դա անում է ամենուր: Սակայն տվյալ դեպքում խոսքը նոր անհատական կոյուղագծերի կառուցման անհրաժեշտության մասին է, որը գործող օրենսդրությամբ պետք է իրականացվի նույն բնակիչ-բաժանորդների միջոցներով:

Ցավոք, սպառողների դժգոհությունն իրավիճակից, ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ ներկայումս, որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր փորձում են շահարկել: Դա ոչ միայն անպատվաբեր է, այլև անպտուղ: Մենք մերժում ենք ցանկացած հայտարարություն՝ ջրամատակարարման - ջրահեռացման խնդիրները քաղաքականացնելու, քաղաքական ուժերի միջոցով լուծելու հնարավորության մասին և հավաստիացնում, որ ընկերության նպատակն է ամենուր ապահովել լավագույն ծառայությունների մատուցում՝ որպես Հայաստանում ջրմուղ-կոյուղու համակարգերի միասնական Օպերատոր:

Իր աշխատանքում Վեոլիա Ջուր ՓԲԸ խստիվ հավատարիմ է ստանձնած պարտավորություններին, գործում է ի շահ ողջ հանրության և ղեկավարվում է ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ, ՀՀ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի որոշումներով ու Վարձակալության պայմանագրով»:
