Հայաստանն ու ԵՄ-ն խորացնում են տարածքային կառավարման ոլորտում համագործակցությունը

ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը նոյեմբերի 2-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Եվրամիության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկուն: Սա դեսպանի առաջին հանդիպումն է եղել նախարար Երիցյանի հետ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, շնորհավորելով դեսպանին իր նշանակման կապակցությամբ՝ նախարարը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է ՏԿԱԻ գո րծունեությունը տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում, մասնավորպես, համայնքների խոշորացման ծրագրի իրականացման գործընթացը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով նախարարին ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին նշել է , որ ԵՄ-ն նպատակ ունի խորացնել Հայաստանի հետ իր համագործակցությունը, որի շրջանակներում, վստահ է, իր հունով կընթանա համագործակցությունն արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում և նոր խթան կստանա համագործակցությունը տարածքային կառավարման ուղղությամբ: Դեսպանը նշել է, որ ԵՄ-ն խորապես հետաքրքրված է Տարածքային համաչափ զարգացման ծրագրի առաջընթացով և ցանկություն ունի ավելի ակտիվ ներգրավվել ծրագրի իրականացման գործընթացում: Հայաստանում գտնվելու ընթ ացքում դեսպանն արդեն հասցրել է այցելել Արմավիրի և Արագածոտնի մարզեր:
Անդրադառնալով Տարածքային համաչափ զարգացման ծրագրին՝ ՏԿԱԻ նախարար Երիցյանը ներկայացրել է ծրագրում ներառված 3 հիմնական ուղղությունները (1.համայնքների խոշորացում, 2. ապակենտրոնացում, 3.համայնքների համաչափ զարգացում ) և դրանց վերաբերյալ իրականացվող ծրագրերը: «Անշուշտ, համայնքներում բավականին շատ խնդիրներ կան, որոնք մարզերի համաչափ զարգացման ծրագրի հետ միասին մշտապես ՀՀ նախագահի և վարչապետի ուշադրության կենտրոնում են»,-ասել է նախարար Երիցյանը՝ նշելով, որ ինքն անձամբ պարբերաբար այցելում է Հայաստանի տարբեր համայնքներ, զրուցում տեղ ի բնակիչների հետ` նրանց հիմնական կարիքներն ու սպասելիքները դուրսբերելու և համապատասխան լուծումներ առաջարկելու նպատակով:
Նախարարը դեսպանին ներկայացրել է նաև մանրամասներ Հայաստանի 3 մարզերում գործարկված (Սյունիք, Լոռի, Տավուշ) համայնքների խոշորացման պիլոտային ծրագրից: Ինչին ի պատասխան՝ դեսպան Սվիտալսկին նկատել է, որ իր եվրոպացի գործընկերներից շատ դրական արձագանքներ է լսել վերոնշյալ պլիոտային ծրագրի ընթացքի մասին:
ՏԿԱԻ նախարարը և դեսպանը բանավոր համաձայնություն են ձեռք բերել տարածքային կառավարման և տարածքային համաչափ զարգացման ոլորտներում Հայաստան-ԵՄ համագործակցության ակտիվացման հարցում:
