Կեղծ տենդերի պատմությանը օպերատիվորեն չարձագանքելու դեպքում այն կվերածվի միջազգային սկանդալի

Մարինա Սարգսյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.
Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական ռազմաբազայի կեղծված տենդերի թեման այն աստիճան է տարածվել, որ գրեթե բոլորն էլ տեղյակ են, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել և ինչ օրինազանցություն է կատարվել հրամանատարության անմիջական մասնակցությամբ:
Զորամասի կողմից հայտարարված տենդերը, որը պետք է շահեր Ար-Բե հայ-բելոռուսական համատեղ ընկերությունը, ապօրինաբար հանձնվել է մեկ այլ ընկերության, ինչի արդյուքնում էլ Ար-Բե-ի իրավունքներն ուղղակի կերպով ոտնահարվել են:Այս կապակցությամբ սակայն, ընկերությունը բնավ չի ցանկանում հետքայլ անել և մտադիր է կեղծիքի բացահայտման համար դիմել բոլոր հնարավոր մարմիններին, ընդուպ մինչև ռուսական դատախազությանն ու կառավարությանը: Քանի որ, կազմակերպած «աֆիոռան» բացահայտելն ընդամենը ցանկության հարց է և այն իրավապահների համար կարող է տևել ընդամենը րոպեներ:Չէ որ նման տեխնիկական զարգացվածության պարագայում շատ հեշտ է պարզել, թե իրականում այդ կեղծ նամակը ով է ուղարկել և ինչ նպատակով: Այդ դեպքում մեղավորներն անմիջապես կբացահայտվեն և պետական գումարներ մխսելու մեղադրանքով կենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության:
Կարծում ենք, որքան երկարի այս սկանդալային գործի բացահայտումը, այդքան ավելի կթեժանա հանրային տրամադրվածության ալիքը և անվստահությունը իրավապահ մարմինների նկատմամբ:Անգամ Ար-Բե ընկերությունն է պատրաստակամություն հայտնել պարզել կեղծ նամակի հեղինակին, եթե տրամադրվի համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն՝ էլեկտրոնային հասցեի վերաբերյալ:
Ինչևիցե այս հարցը հավակնում է դառնալ միջազգային սկանդալ, ինչը ձեռք չի տալիս ո՛չ ռուսական կողմին և ո՛չ էլ հայկական: Այդ իսկ պատճառով, այս գործի բացահայտման շահագրգիրռ կողմերը պետք է էլ ավելի եռանդով ներգրավվեն և ներդնեն բոլոր ռեսուրսներն օր առաջ մեղավորներին պատժելու համար:Հակառակ դեպքում հայտնի չէ, թե այս անգործությունն ու տարօրինակ լռությունը ինչպիսի հասարակական տրամադրվածության կհանգեցնի առավելևս, երբ ամեն օր ևս հայտնվում են ընկերություններ, որոնք գրեթե նույն անարդարության զոհն են դարձել:
