Արագածոտնում վրաերթի են ենթարկվել ամուսինը, կինն ու մանկահասակ երեխան

Արագածոտնի մարզում մարտի 9-ին վրաերթի են ենթարկվել ամուսինը, կինն ու մանկահասակ երեխան:  Ժամը 20։50-ի սահմանում անհայտ մակնիշի եւ համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Երեւան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 30-րդ կմ հատվածում բախվել է ճամփեզրին կայանված Երեւանի բնակիչ՝ 27-ամյա Լեռնիկ Ձվակիրյանի վարած Mercedes մակնիշի 45 ԼD 500 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի ձախ կողային հատվածին։ Բախումից հետո վրաերթի է ենթարկել ավտոմեքենայից դուրս եկած Լ. Ձվակիրյանին եւ նրան թողնելով անօգնական՝ դիմել է փախուստի։

Լ. Ձվակիրյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է Աշտարակի բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ առաջին բուժօգնությունը ստանալուց հետո նրան տեղափոխել են «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն։

shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ, Աշտարակի ոստիկանները տաք հետքերով հայտնաբերել են վրաերթը կատարած ու փախուստի դիմած վարորդին ու նրա ավտոմեքենան։

Նա Արագածոտնի մարզի Ագարակ գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 22-ամյա Անդրանիկ Կարապետյանն է, ում Աշտարակի ոստիկանները Ա. Երիցյանի գլխավորությամբ հայտնաբերել են գյուղում, իսկ նրա վարած ВАЗ 21013 մակնիշի 35 MD 078 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան Աշտարակի ոստիկաններն ու ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի ծառայողները հայտնաբերել են Ագարակ գյուղի գերեզմանոցների մոտ։

Մինչ ոստիկանները կհայտնաբերեին Ա. Կարապետյանին, դեպքի վայրում վրաերթի են ենթարկվում Լ. Ձվակիրյանի կինը՝ 27-ամյա Լուսինե Աբրահամյանն ու նրա 6 ամսական տղան։

Կինը, նկատելով վրաերթի ենթարկված ամուսնուն, երեխայի հետ վազել է, որպեսզի օգնություն ցուցաբերի, այդ ժամանակ նրանք վրաերթի են ենթարկվում Արագածոտնի մարզի Դաշտադեմ գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 29-ամյա Արտակ Հովսեփյանի վարած Mercedes մակնիշի 54 TT 777 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի կողմից։

Այս դեպքում վարորդ Ա. Հովսեփյանը փախուստի չի դիմել, օգնել է վրաերթի ենթարկվածներին տեղափոխել Աշտարակի բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ առաջին անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնությունը ստանալուց հետո երեխային տեղափոխել են «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Այս դեպքի փաստով ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի հետաքննիչ Հայկ Վարդանյանի կողմից նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։

2 վարորդները ենթարկվել են բժշկական փորձաքննության, պարզվել է՝ փախուստի դիմած Ա. Կարապետյանը եղել է ոչ սթափ (խմած), իսկ Ա. Հովսեփյանը եղել է սթափ վիճակում։

Նշված ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվել են Ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։

Ա. Կարապետյանը սովորում է Հայաստանի Ագրարային պետական համալսարանի 3-րդ կուրսում։

Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի եւ 244 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով։
