Պետությունը պետք է ամեն ինչի պատրաստ լինի
POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն աշխատանքային այցով ժամանել է ԱՄՆ-ի մայրաքաղաք Վաշինգտոն, ինչի մասին հայտնում են Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի ծառայությունից: Բակո Սահակյանը պատրաստվում է հանդիպումներ անցկացնել ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում: Հանդիպման հայտարարությունն արդեն կա:
Այս ամենը, սակայն, բնավ դուր չի եկել Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին: Անգամ Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ռոբերտ Սեկուտան կանչվել է Արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն, որտեղ նրան բողոքի նոտա է հանձնվել Արցախի նախագահի՝ Վաշինգտոն այցի հետ կապված:
Պաշտոնական Բաքվին, մասնավորապես, դուր չի եկել այն փաստը, որ Բակո Սահակյանը հանդիպումներ է ունենալու ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի ադմինիստրատիվ շենքում: Խնդրի առնչությամբ ԱՄՆ-ում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանը ևս հանդիպումներ է անցկացրել պետդեպարտամենտում՝ իրենց դժգոհությունը հայտնելով այցի հետ կապված:
Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների նման պահվածքն ըստ քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանի հայությանը մեկ բան պետք է հասկացնի՝ թուրքերն իրենց ազգային նպատակի իրականացման՝ հայության վերացման համար, ոչ մի խնդրի առաջ չեն կանգնում: Մնացածը երկրորդական բացատրություններ են՝ կարող էին, չէին կարող, ամոթ է, ամոթ չէ: Իրենք իրենց խնդրի մեջ մնում են և աշխարհին իրենց կամքը ցույց են տալիս: Ասում է, թե այս ամենը պետք է համապատասխան ձևով Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումները ճշգրտի, պատրանքներ չլինեն և հույս չունենան համաշխարհային հանրության վրա:
-Ալիևը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանը պետք է գրավեն և ոչնչացնեն: Ես ասել եմ, որ դա ազգային-ռազմավարական-քաղաքական իդեալ է իրենց կողմից, դոկտրին են առաջադրել: Այսինքն հայության դեմ պայքարել, որտեղ հնարավոր է և ինչ միջոցներով հնարավոր է:
-Սա էլ նման մի միջոց էր, ստացվում է:
-Այո, կամքի դրսևորում էր: Իրենք իրենց կամքը ցույց են տալիս, ցույց են տալիս, որ մնում են այն, ինչ՝ կան: Իսկ հայությունն այս ամենից պետք է հետևություն անի, մանավանդ՝ Հայաստանը:
-Ի՞նչ հետևություն անի:
-Պատրաստ լինի ամեն ինչի: Ադրբեջանը մինչև չոչնչանա, մենք հանգիստ չենք ապրելու, բացառված է: Դրան գումարած նաև վերջին օրերի զորավարժությունները: Տեսեք, թե ուր են հասնում՝ վիճում են անգամ ամերիացիների հետ, դրանից հետո էլ ի՞նչ ենք ուզում: Պատրանքներ հնարավո՞ր են, թե՝ ոչ: Պետք է պետությունը պատրաստել ամեն ինչի՝ պետականության հզորացումը, արդյունաբերությունը, գյուղատնտեսությունը: Այդ բոլորը չի թողնում մանևրի որևէ հնարավորության:
