ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահը ԵԱՏՄ-ում միասնական արժույթի անցնելու խոսակցությունները սպեկուլյատիվ է համարում

ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր ՋավադյանըԵվրասիական տնտեսական միության տարածքում միասնական արժույթին անցնելու մասին խոսելու համար վաղ է համարում: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահը, պատասխանելով պատգամավոր Թևան Պողոսյ անի հարցին, ընդգծեց, որ դա բավականին բարդ գործընթաց է, որի համար ժամանակ է հարկավոր: «Մեկ ամիս առաջ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների Կենտրոնական բանկերի նախագահները հավաքվել են, և ռուսներն ու ղազախները հայտարարություն են արել, որ մինչև 2025 թիվը դրանով ընդհանրապես չեն զբաղվելու: Հետո մենք սկսեցինք քննարկել այդ հարցը: Իմ ու իմ գործընկերների կարծիքով՝ մինիմում 30-40 տարվա գործընթաց է դա»,- նշեց Ջավադյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում միասնական արժույթի անցնելու մասին խոսակցություններն ավելի շատ սպեկուլյատիվ բնույթ են կրում ՝ ներկայացված տարբեր փորձագետների կողմից, թե վաղվանից սկսվելու է այդ գործընթացը: «Դա այնքան դժվար գործընթաց է: Մինչև միասնական արժույթ ունենալը մենք պետք է միասնական տնտեսական համակարգ ունենանք: Մեր գնաճը 3.4 տոկոս է, ՌԴ-ում 16-17 տոկոս»,- ասաց Ջավադյանը՝ հավելելով, որ էապես տարբեր են նաև Հայաստանում ու Ռուսաստանում մեկ շնչին բաժին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ի ծավալները:
Արթուր Ջավադյանը նաև հիշեցրեց, որ ՌԴ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը հայտարարել է, որ ՌԴ նախագահն ընդամենը հանձնարարել է ուսումնասիրել միասնական արժույթին անցնելու հնարավորությունը:
