Նախագահն ընդունել է ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյին

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է երկօրյա պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստան ժամանած Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը հանդիպման սկզբում ևս մեկ անգամ ցավակցություն է հայտնել Շարմ Էլ-Շեյխից Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ ուղևորված ինքնաթիռի վթարի կապակցությամբ, որը բազմաթիվ մարդկային զոհերի պատճառ է դարձել: Նախագահն առաջարկել է մինչ բանակցությունները մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել զոհվածների հիշատակը:
ՀՀ Նախագահը և ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահը քննարկել են հայ-ռուսական բազմաբնույթ օրակարգն ու երկկողմ ռազմավարական գործընկերությունն ավելի խորացնելու և ամրապնդելու ուղղությամբ հետագա քայլերը և այդ ամենում երկու երկրների օրենսդիր մարմինների դերը: Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն այդ համատեքստում բարձր են գնահատել հայ-ռուսական միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունը:
Զրուցակիցները կարևորել են նաև Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի տարածաշրջանների միջև փոխգործակցությունը, որին, նրանց համոզմամբ, նպաստում են պարբերաբար անցկացվող միջտարածաշրջանային համաժողովները: Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ողջունել է Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի մասնակցությունը Երևանում վաղն անցկացվելիք Հայ-ռուսական միջտարածաշրջանային չորրորդ համաժողովին, որը համընկել է նրա պաշտոնական այցի ժամկետի հետ: Համաժողովը, Նախագահի համոզմամբ, կարևոր հարթակ է հայ-ռուսական օրակարգի արդիական հարցերի քննարկման, արդյունավետ մեխանիզմների մշակման և ապակենտրոնաված համագործակցության նոր հեռանկարային ուղղությունների նախանշման համար: Հանրապետության Նախագահը կարևորել է նաև երևանյան համաժողովին երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունների մասնակցությունը, որոնք տարիներ հետո հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն առաջ մղող ուժն են լինելու:
Հանդիպման ժամանակ երկու երկրների խորհրդարանականների միջև ակտիվ զարգացող փոխգործակցության համատեքստում կարևորվել է միջազգային խորհրդարանական հարթակներում ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը:
ՀՀ Նախագահը և ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահը մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև միջազգային արդի խնդիրների շուրջ, անդրադարձել տարածաշրջանի մարտահրավերներին, ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի բանակցային գործընթացի ներկա փուլին:
