Родители всегда хотят лучшей жизни для своих детей, поэтому поступок семейной пары из Вашингтона может вызвать у многих непонимание. Вместо того, чтобы жить в обычной квартире, родители с тремя детьми переехали в… старый школьный автобус. На первый взгляд, звучит безответственно, но на самом деле решение было принято со всей серьезностью. 
Школьный автобус семья перестроила своими руками.


Семья из Вашингтона живет в автобусе и ни за что не готова менять его на обыкновенную квартиру. Невзрачный на вид общественный транспорт на самом деле внутри выглядит даже лучше, чем многие апартаменты. Брайан и Старла Салливан воспитывают трех детей – Чарли, Генри и Линкольна. Старшему их сыну уже три года, а младшему – всего 3 месяца.  

Комфортная кухня и нужная бытовая техника.

Идея пожить в автобусе принадлежала Старле, подготовкой автобуса занимался Брайан. Он своими руками демонтировал сидения и оборудовал в салоне спальные места, кухню и даже камин. Есть внутри и ванная с туалетом. Все, как в обычной квартире, только жилая площадь увеличилась.

Семья счастлива, что нашла способ бюджетного проживания. Их квартплата снизилась в три раза и уже за несколько месяцев они окупили все инвестиции в оборудование автобуса.

Судя по фотографиям и видео, семья живет счастливо. Им больше не нужно ютиться в крохотной арендованной квартире и отказывать себе во всем в целях экономии. Отныне у них есть дом, и они им абсолютно довольны!
