Ավագանին հաստատել է Երևան քաղաքի 2017թ. բյուջեի կատարման և Երևանի զարգացման 2017թ. ծրագրի իրականացման հաշվետվությունները

Երևանի ավագանու մարտի 19-ին գումարած հերթական նիստում, որը վարել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, քննարկվել են Երևան քաղաքի 2017թ. բյուջեի կատարման և Երևանի զարգացման 2017թ. ծրագրի իրականացման հաշվետվությունները։
Հարցը ներկայացնող Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը նշել է, որ 2017թ. առանձնացել է բարձր կատարողական ցուցանիշներով թե՛ եկամուտների գերակատարման և թե՛ ծախսերի տնտեսման առումով, ինչի շնորհիվ 2017թ. բյուջեով նախատեսված 910 մլն դրամ պակասուրդի՝ դեֆիցիտի դիմաց բյուջեն փաստացի կատարվել է 1,489 մլն դրամ պրոֆիցիտով կամ հավելուրդով։
Երևանի 2017թ. բյուջեով ընդամենը եկամուտների փաստացի կատարողականը կազմել է 100,3 տոկոս, ընդ որում, սեփական եկամուտների փաստացի կատարողականը կազմել է 101%, որն ավելի է նախորդ տարվա համապատասխան ցուցանիշից 595,3 մլն դրամով։ Իրականացված ծախսերի կատարողականը կազմել է 97%, որն էլ պայմանավորված է գնումների գործընթացում առաջացած խնայողություններով:
Ավագանու անդամները քվեարկությամբ հաստատել են Երևանի 2017թ. բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվությունը:
Փոխքաղաքապետ Վահե Նիկոյանը ներկայացրել է նաև Երևանի զարգացման 2017թ. ծրագրի իրականացման հաշվետվությունը՝ նշելով, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ 2017թ. իրականացված ծրագրերը, աշխատանքներն ու միջոցառումները միտված են եղել Երևանի զարգացման 2014-2017թթ. քառամյա ծրագրով նախանշված հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանը՝ հաշվի առնելով գերակա ուղղությունները։
Ավագանու որոշմամբ Երևանի զարգացման 2017թ. ծրագրի իրականացման հաշվետվությունն ընդունվել է ի գիտություն:
