Столичный суд наложил обеспечительный арест на квартиру в Москве и денежные счета в размере 1 млн рублей, принадлежащие экс-супруге режиссера и актера Армена Джигарханяна Виталине Цымбалюк-Романовской. Она является фигурантом уголовного дела о неприкосновенности частной жизни. Об этом сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на адвоката бывшей жены Джигарханяна Ларисы Широковой.
"Столичный суд арестовал квартиру моей подзащитной на Молодогвардейской улице в Москве в рамках уголовного дела о нарушении неприкосновенности частной жизни. Кроме того, суд наложил обеспечительный арест на 1 млн рублей, который находится в банковской ячейке Ланта-банка и также принадлежит Виталине", - заявила адвокат.
Напомним, что СК России ранее предъявил Цымбалюк-Романовской обвинения по статье "Нарушение неприкосновенности частной жизни". Она получила подписку о невыезде.
