Հայաստանը քաղցկեղից մահացության ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշներով երկիրը չէ
SOCIETYՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնում են, թե որոշ լրատվամիջոցներում շրջանառվող տվյալները այն մասին, թե չարորակ նորագոյացություններից մահացության ցուցանիշներով Հայաստանն աշխարհում զբաղեցնում է առաջին տեղը, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում։
Ըստ նախարարության մամլո ծառայության՝ իրենք չեն հասկանում, թե վկայակոչվող ոչ պաշտոնական World Life Expectanc՝ «Կյանքի տևողությունն աշխարհում», էլեկտոնային պարբերականը որտեղից է քաղել հրապարակված այդ տվյալները։
Ըստ նախարարության՝ Հայաստանն ու Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) անդամ երկրներն իրենց ցուցանիշներն ուղարկում են ԱՀԿ` միջազգային տվյալների հրապարակման և երկրների միջև համեմատական վերլուծություն կատարելու նպատակով։
ԱՀԿ Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանի երկրների համար գործող «European Health Information Gateway» (https://gateway.euro.who.int/en/indicators/hfamdb_634-sdr-malignant-neoplasms-per-100-000/visualizations/#id=30910&tab=table) պաշտոնական կայքի տվյալների շտեմարանը հնարավորություն է տալիս այս ցուցանիշների համեմատական վերլուծություն կատարել և համոզվել, որ չարորակ նորագոյացություններից մահացության ցուցանիշը Հայաստանում շատ երկրների համեմատ ցածր է ։
Շատ երկրների համեմատ չարորակ նորագոյացություններով հիվանդացության և մահացության ցուցանիշները Հայաստանում ցածր են, ինչի մասին են խոսում «European Health Information Gateway» տվյալների շտեմարանում առկա՝ ըստ տարիքի տարբեր պատճառներից մահացության ստանդարտացված ցուցանիշներն ու ԱՀԿ կողմից վերլուծվող մի շարք այլ վիճակագրական տվյալները:
Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրների միջև 2014 թ. հասանելի տվյալների հիման վրա համեմատական վերլուծություն կատարելու արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Հայաստանում չարորակ նորագոյացությունների պատճառով վաղաժամ՝ 0-64 տարիքային խմբում, մահացության ցուցանիշը կազմել է 83, իսկ բոլոր տարիքային խմբերում` 186՝ 100000 բնակչի հաշվով։ Հունգարիայում նույն ցուցանիշները կազմել են համապատասխանաբար՝ 117 և 230, Խորվաթիայում` 89,3 և 208,4, Սերբիայում` 102 և 198,5, Լատվիայում` 89,4 և 194,5, Լեհաստանում` 87,7 և 192, Ռումինիայում` 91 և 176, Մոլդովայում` 90,4 և 165,2:
Հետևաբար, տեղեկատվությունը, թե իբր Հայաստանը չարորակ նորագոյացություններից մահացության ցուցանիշներով աշխարհում զբաղեցնում է առաջին տեղը, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում։
