Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի խմբագրականից մի հատված.

«Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության տնօրեն Եվգենի Բիբինը կարծես թե մի քիչ «կռված են»: Վերջինս ջղային նամակ է ուղարկել Նազարյանին, որի իմաստն այն է, որ եթե հանկարծ էլեկտրաէներգիան չթանկանա 17 դրամով, ինչպես որ ինքն է պահանջում, նա՝ Բիբինը, ընդհանրապես մեր բոլորի լույսերը կանջատի: Որովհետև, ըստ ՀԷՑ-ի տնօրենի, հայտում ներկայացված իր բոլոր թվերն ավելի քան հիմնավոր են: Նազարյանն էլ հանձնաժողովի երեկվա նիստում, որի ժամանակ որոշվեց էլեկտրաէներգիան թանկացնել շուրջ 7 դրամով, Բիբինի այդ մոտեցումն անվանեց «շանտաժ»:

 Քանի որ մենք՝ հայաստանցիներս, բավականին կասկածամիտ ենք դարձել, շատերիս մոտ, հավանաբար, ենթադրություն է ծնվում, որ այդ ամենը խաղ է: Որ Բիբինի ուզածը հենց 7 դրամն է, և նա շատ էլ գոհ է այսօրվա որոշումից:

 Եթե իշխանությունը ՀԷՑ-ի հետ «խաղերի մեջ» չի, ապա Հայաստանի իրավապահ մարմինները կստուգեն, թե որտեղ են կորել այն ներդրումները, որոնք այդ ընկերությունն իբր արել է, որքանով են հիմնավորված այդ ընկերության՝ տարածքների և մեքենաների վարձակալության ծախսերը, որոնք արտացոլվել և հրապարակվել են վերջին հայտում: Կամ, օրինակ, ինչպես է պատահել, որ ՀԷՑ-ի բեռնատարները երեք օրը մեկ վերանորոգվել են Աբովյան քաղաքում միևնույն անհատ ձեռներեցի մոտ, ինչն ընկերության վրա, ըստ փաստաթղթի, նստել է տարվա կտրվածքով 57 միլիոն դրամ։

Եթե այդ բոլոր քայլերն արվեն, ապա կցրվեն մեր կասկածներն առ այն, որ ՀԷՑ-ի և պետական մարմինների միջև «խոսացած խաղ» է գնում»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
