ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկի կողմից կազմակերպված «Համայնքի զարգացման նոր ձևաչափ» միջոցառման շրջանակում բանկը հայտարարեց էներգաարդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված համայնքային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման ֆինանսավորման ծրագրի մասին, որը իրականացվում է ՀՀ կառավարության, Հայաստանի վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի և էներգախնայողության հիմնադրամի հետ համագործակցությամբ։ Բանկը սկսել է վարկային միջոցների տրամադրումը, և արդեն կա ավարտված ծրագիր։

ՀՀ Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանը իր խոսքում նշեց. «ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը այն եզակի բանկերից է, որ իրականում ռիսկի է գնում, բայց համայնքների էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման համար իրականացվող ներդրումները կատարվող խնայողությունների հաշվին ծածկվում են, և հանգիստ կարելի է այդ քայլին գնալ»:

ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը իր խոսքում նշեց. «Համայնքների կայուն և շարունակական զարգացման համար պետք է լուծել ենթակառուցվածքների հարցը: Այս մասով կարևորագույն և առաջնային քայլը համայնքներում մաքուր էներգիա արտադրող և խնայող ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծումն է, որի համար ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը արդեն իրականացնում է Հայաստանի համայնքների ֆինանսավորում։ Մաքուր էներգիա արտադրող համակարգը համայնքի կայուն զարգացման բաղադրիչներից միայն մեկն է, բայց նաև կարևորագույնը, որը համայնքին հնարավորություն է տալու իրենց առավելությունները վերածելու բիզնես արժեքի»։

Նա նաև հավելեց, որ համայնքներում բիզնես գործունեություն ծավալած տնտեսվարողներին մենակ չենք թողնելու և բոլոր հնարավոր ճանապարհներով աջակցելու ենք նրանց՝ սկսած կամ արդեն ծավալած բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորումից մինչև նշված առավելությունները ճիշտ կառավարելու և հավելյալ արդյունք ստեղծելու հարցում։
Ֆինանսավորումը կիրականացվի բացառապես հայկական դրամով, առանց սպասարկման վճարների, տարեկան 9 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով և մինչև 5 տարի մարման ժամկետով։
