POLITICSՌուսաստանը մտադիր է կատարել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ դաշնակցային պարտավորություններն անվտանգության և պաշտպանության ոլորտում: Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Պետական դումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման ու հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը:
«Մենք վավերացրել ենք Հայ-ռուսական միացյալ զորամիավորումների, Հակաօդային պաշտպանության միասնական համակարգի ձևավորման մասին փաստաթղթերը: Հետագայում էլ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ յուրաքանչյուր ռազմական սպառնալիք կդիտարկի որպես իր նկատմամբ սպառնալիք, երբ խոսքը գնում է ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում պայմանավորվածությունների մասին»,- ընդգծեց Զատուլինը:
Նա նշեց, որ 2016թ. ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված բախումներից հետո Ռուսաստանը հետևություններ է արել: «Մենք ցավում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը ռուսական զենքի կիրառման այլ տարբերակ չգտավ, քան հակամարտության գոտում հաստատված զինադադարի խախտումն էր: Մենք հետևություններ ենք արել այս ամենից»,- ասաց Զատուլինը:
Նա հավելեց, որ Ռուսաստանը համապատասխան հետևություններ է արել տարածաշրջանում սպառազինության հավասարակշռության խախտման հետ կապված և Հայաստանին տրամադրել է պաշտպանության ամենաժամանակակից միջոցներ: «Ես հայ-ռուսական պատմական կապերի համոզված կողմնակիցն եմ, և այս դիրքորոշումը կիսում է Ռուսաստանի Պետական Դումայի պատգամավորների մեծամասնությունը:
