ՍԱՊԾ-ն զգուշացնում է ու ձեռքերը լվանում
SOCIETYՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը հիշեցնում է, որ ապրիլի 1-ից հաց-հացամթերք տեղափոխող փոխադրամիջոցների սանիտարական անձնագրեր ունենալու պայմանը պարտադիր կլինի հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերի համար:
Ըստ հաստատված ժամանակացույցի՝ ավելի վաղ` 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից, այս նորմը պարտադիր է դարձել նախ պետական գնումներով իրականացվող հաց-հացամթերքի մատակարարման, Երևան քաղաքի հանրային սննդի կազմակերպման և հյուրանոցային տնտեսության օբյեկտների, իսկ նոյեմբերից 1-ից՝ նաև Երևանի իրացման ցանցերի համար:
Տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ ՍԱՊԾ-ն միայն սանիտարական անձնագրեր «բաժանելու» մասին է շատ մտածուm, բայց թե դրանից հետո հացն ու հացամթերքն ինչպես կտեղափոխեն, իրենց գործը չէ:
Past.am-ը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ պատկան մարմինների ուշադրությունը հրավիրում է այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ թղթի կտոր բաժանելով` հարցը չի լուծվել: Մայրաքաղաքում, ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա, շատ մթերային խանութներ իրենց ամենօրյա մեքենաների հետևի նստատեղի վրա դրված ու մեքենայի բեռնախցերում են հացի ու հացամթերքի տուփերը տեղադրում ու վաճառակետեր հասցնում:
Նման պատկերի կարելի է ամեն առավոտ մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր մասերում ականատես լինել, սակայն, չգիտես ինչու ՍԱՊԾ-ականները նման վայրերով չեն անցնում: Օրենքն ընդունելուց հետո, այսքան ամիս անց, ոչինչ չի փոխվել հաց-հացամթերքի, այսպես ասած՝ ստերիլ տեղափոխելու և սպառողների անվտանգության մասով:
Ու եթե Երևանում է այսպիսի պատկեր, պատկերացրեք, թե մարզերում ինչ վիճակ կլինի: Էլ չենք ասում բաց տաղավարներում վաճառվող հացաբուլկեղենի վրա նստող փոշու քանակի մասին: Այս ամենը, ինչպես շատ դեպքերում, դուրս է հարգարժան ծառայության աչքից: Եվ այս խնդիրը ոչ թե շտկվում է, այլ օր օրի ավելի է խորանում:
