Իսպանական ընկերությունը կվերանորոգի ու կարդիականացնի հայկական մետրոն

Իսպանական «Ագազոս» ընկերությանը թույլ կտրվի Երևանի մետրոյի թունելներում շինարարության իրականացնել: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը ներառված է հինգշաբթի կայանալիք գործադիրի հերթական նիստում:

Կառավարությունը որոշել է Վերակառուցման և Զարգացման Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Երևանի մետրոյի վերականգնողական ծրագիր–փուլ II դրենաժային թունելի երկարացման և վերականգնողական աշխատանքներ մետրոյի թունելներում» ծրագրի շինարարական աշխատանքների կատարման կապալառու իսպանական «Ագազոս» ընկերությանը թույլատրել Երևանի մետրոյի թունելներում շինարարության իրականացման գործունեություն։

«Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան Երևանի Մետրոպոլիտեն» ՓԲԸ-ի և «ԱԳԱԶՈՍ» ընկերության միջև 2015 թ. ապրիլի 27-ին ստորագրված շինարարական աշխատանքների պայմանագրով «ԱԳԱԶՈՍ» ընկերությունը իրականացնում է Երևանի մետրոյի վերականգնողական ծրագրով Երևանի մետրոյի բուն շինարարական աշխատանքները ՝ ենթակապալի պայմանագրերով տեղական լիցենզավորված ընկերությունների հետ:
Ընկերությունը պատրաստակամ է իրականացնել ծրագրի շրջանակներում շինարարական աշխատանքները ամբողջ ծավալով՝  առանց ենթակապալառուների էական մասնակցության, որի համար անհրաժեշտ է ստանալ լիցենզավորման ենթակա գործունեություն իրականացնելու թույլտվություն:

Կառավարությունը և Վերակառուցման և Զարգացման Եվրոպական Բանկը 2012թ. օգոստոսի 3-ին կնքել են համաձայնագիր` ըստ որի բանկը երկրորդ փուլի
ֆինանսավորման համար կտրամադրի մինչև 5 միլիոն եվրո ընդհանուր գումարի չափով վարկ: Մեկ տարի անց կառավարությունը և Եվրոպական Ներդրումային Բանկը կնքել են ֆինանսավորման պայմանագիր, ըստ որի բանկը Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենի վերականգման ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլի համար նույնպես տրամադրում է 5 միլիոն եվրո վարկ: Եվս մեկ տարի անց՝ 2014 թ., կառավարությունը և Եվրամիության Հարևանության Ներդրումային Գործիքը ստորագրել են դրամաշնորհային համաձայնագիր, ըստ որի նրանց կողմից այս ծրագրի համար տրամադրվում է 5 միլիոն եվրո դրամաշնորհ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ երևանյան մետրոյի վերազինման ու արդիականցման համար կտրամադրվի 15 միլիոն եվրո:

Երկրորդ փուլով իրականացվում է դրենաժային թունելի վերակառուցում և ընդլայնում, մետրոյի վազորդային թունելների վերականգնողական աշխատանքներ, իրականացվում են կայարանների և ծառայողական շինությունների բարելավում, մետրոյի վագոնների վերանորոգում և արդիականացում, հակահրդեհային սարքավորումների գնում, մեքենավարների ուսուցման կենտրոնի ստեղծում, վագոնների լվացման կայանի սարքավորումների գնման և տեղադրման աշխատանքներ:

Նշենք, որ 2015 թ. կայացած մրցույթի շրջանակներում ծրագրի շինարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման մրցույթի հաղթող է ճանաչվել իսպանական «ԱԳԱԶՈՍ»-ը, որը զբաղվում է արտոնագրված շինարարությամբ: Նախագիծը մշակվել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի կողմից:
