ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը և կորպորատիվ բիզնես լուծումների շուկայում աշխարհում առաջատար SAP ընկերությունը ստորագրեցին պայմանագիր, որի համաձայն բանկը SAP-ի կողմից ստեղծված ժամանակակից լուծումների կիրառման միջոցով կիրականացնի բանկի ամբողջական թվային տրանսֆորմացիա։

Ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների կիրառմամբ բանկը էականորեն կկրճատի մեկ հաճախորդի միջին սպասարկման ժամանակահատվածը, կկարողանա յուրաքանչյուր հաճախորդի ցուցաբերել առանձնահատուկ մոտեցում, իսկ բանկի կառավարման համակարգը կհասցվի որակապես ավելի բարձր մակարդակի։

«Բանկում միշտ մեծ ուշադրություն ենք դարձրել նորարարությունների և նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմանը, անընդհատ ավելացրել և զարգացրել ենք դրանց գործածումը բիզնեսում։ Միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող և ոլորտում առաջատար SAP-ի լուծումների կիրառմամբ բանկի թվային տրանսֆորմացիայի արդյունքում մենք կկարողանանք ինտերակտիվ կերպով արձագանքել մեր հաճախորդների բոլոր պահանջմունքներին և կտրամադրենք այն ծառայությունների փաթեթը և լուծումները, որոնք լավագույնս կհամապատասխանեն նրանց պահանջներին և մաքսիմալ արդյունավետ կլինեն նրանց համար։ Կստեղծվի Բանկի կառավարման թվային նոր համակարգ, որի հիմքում դրված է իրական ժամանակի ռեժիմում աշխատող վերլուծական համակարգ: Շատ ենք կարևորում SAP-ի հետ մեր ստրատեգիական համագործակցությունը: Նման լայնածավալ և երկարաժամկետ ծրագրի իրականացման ժամանակ էական նշանակություն ունի ներդրվող բիզնես լուծումների ճիշտ ընտրությունը։ Ընտրվող տեխնոլոգիաները պետք է արդիական լինեն առնվազն ապագա 10-15 տարիների ընթացքում: Ի դեմս SAP-ի մենք ունենք ոչ միայն աշխարհում առաջատար կորպորատիվ լուծումներ տրամադրող գործընկեր, այլ նաև գործընկեր, որը տրամադրում է առաջադեմ թվային տեխնոլոգիաներ և ունի դրանց զարգացման հստակ տեսլական»,-իր խոսքում նշեց ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը։

«Ֆինանսական ոլորտում ավանդաբար բարձր է ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման մակարդակը։ ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկը Հայաստանում առաջատար բանկերից մեկն է, որը անընդհատ ավտոմատացնել է իր բիզնես գործընթացները՝Բանկի հաճախորդներին միշտ տրամադրելով բարձ որակի ծառայություններ։ Հենց այս պատճառով էլ մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է, որ բանկը հենց մեզ է ընտրել այս ոլորտում որպես իր հիմնական գործընկեր։ Մենք միասին ավելի արագ կկարողանանք արձագանքել շուկայի մարտահրավերներին և հաճախորդների պահանջմունքներին»,-իր խոսքում նշեց ԱՊՀ երկրներում SAP-ի խորհրդատվության գծով տնօրեն Արա Աղուզումցյանը։
